Stay away. Sent me a bill for $200 to come out and tell me what was wrong with my water heater & DID NOT EVEN REPAIR THE PROBLEM. Sent me a $200 for doing NOTHING. DO NOT USE. I had to call someone else to make repair. Other company charged me less to fix it then Stegall did to LOOK at it. Pathetic.

Woke this morning to a cold house. I Called Stegall and Joe Rider came right away. He assessed the problem, explained what he was going to do and the price. He was very polite and knew his job well. I will continue to use Stegall. Thanks Joe!!!

Joe arrived called ahead and arrived on time. He was courteous, clean and thorough. I had regular maintenance for my 3 HVAC units. Joe also left some recommendations (but did not do a high pressure upsell), reading materials regarding the recommendations and emailed me my service receipt.

First, this company answered the phone and was able to send someone out to look at a duct problem we had at One of our duplexes. That is a plus. A big plus. The downside? They quoted me an outrageous price. When I told them it was 50% more than what we had budgeted and I was going to call my spouse to talk about it, the technician IMMEDIATELY dropped the price by $250.00. Like before my husband could even answer my call. He knew that his quote was outrageous and that my husband would say absolutely not! but felt I may be gullible. I know that I am a girl, But that doesn't mean as a company that the first thing you try to do is price gouge me. Shame on you. The workmanship is fine, but I am very displeased about the quote process.

Not good. Lied to me saying compressor was bad to try and make a sale. Unit was just overheating and needed more refrigerant. Stay away from these guys. Also would not refund my money when I proved to them they lied to me.

I had a negative experience with Stegall. After two visits to my house their electricians could not determine what is causing circuit breakers to trip. When I awoke to the same problem this morning, after they had come yesterday, I called their office. The woman who answers the phone said she would contact a technician and get right back with me. Nearly an hour later I called again, and she basically said no one was available and their people didn't know what was causing the problem. So I'm back at square one, after my money and many hours of my time have been wasted.

I have been serviced by Steagall for about six years. I have found them to be professional and prompt. Today, I had Joe for my annual service. He showed up on time and was quick and responsible in checking my system. All of the service people have been a fine representative of the company. I find Shelly in the office admin area to be sincere and sensitive and quick to get help when it needs to be quick.
