My technician, Skylar McLaughlin, truly went above and beyond to install my new bathroom vanity and faucets. We encountered a boatload of problems caused by my uneven floor and non-conforming pipes, but he and his assistant (didn't get his name!) were very creative in providing solutions to every anomaly encountered. The job took longer than expected due to the problems, but they were troupers and just kept going until the job was done to my satisfaction, with much courtesy and a can-do attitude. I am so grateful for their expertise and willingness to work hard to get a good result. I'm happy I chose Steg and will do so again in the future!

I needed work on two toilets. A friend recommended Steg Plumbing as she had used them many times in the past and had great results, and being that I've never had to hire a plumber it's always good when someone you know can refer. The tech that came out was very nice and he quoted what the work would be before beginning. I found the price to be reasonable and we moved forward. A little over 2 hours and it was done. One less stressor I can now remove from my list. :)

I always here about this company having horrible quality, failed parts and bad service. My son bought a home through DR Horton, which they plumbed, and within 8 months there was a leak. Turns out the plumber that came and fixed it said the toilet line or something was dry fitted, it got fixed but it's the principle.

I highly recommend this company, Roger Phoenix is very professional and good at their job. The workers are all extremely kind and very willing to do the task at hand. The work done is amazing and was finished very fast.

Their customer service is very pleasant and I appreciated that. When they dispatch a tech to your home they send a picture with a bio and some highlights about the tech's life; including hobbies they enjoy. To some that might seem like nothing, but I like to have an idea of who is coming into my home. It simply made the transaction warmer. The lady that answers the phone is a fresh breath of air with her politeness and understanding. My only complaint is that 3 techs had to come out for an issue that I called in; each time the one before said there was no problem, but then the other tech found something. I still feel they were very competent.

The worst service I have ever experienced I would never recommend them to even change a simple water filter. Please seek help elsewhere you will only regret it. No communication poor service and way overpriced
