We were very happy with the service that Steffen plumbing provided for our mom, who's hot water heater started leaking on Christmas Day. We called this company the next day to request a Sunday service call. No other company in this area provided a direct line for emergency help. Our hot water heater was in a small closet space, so not your typical repair. They were the only ones in the area that responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our plumber, Chris was great in communicating with us via texting & arrived on time early Sunday morning. My husband was there and Chris was honest about what needed to be done & very knowledgeable & friendly. He even shared his opinion regarding our mother's aging water softener. THANK YOU Chris! I highly recommend and the cost was very reasonable for a weekend.

I called Steffen last week and booked an appointment to have them do some work for me. The appointment was tomorrow. They called today to cancel, and told me they weren't talking any new customers!?! Weird.

I sure wish I would've known this last week, I'd be a week closer to having my plumbing fixed!

Steffen plumbing installed two tubs in our house. The first one, the installer cracked during the installation so it had to be removed and reinstalled. He even stated ""I may have done it"" but I let it go. Didn't complain or tell the owner. Just exchanged the tub and he came back and installed it the next day(without stepping on the apron this time!). When the bill came and I was charged for installation twice for the tub ""he may have cracked"" I called the owner to discuss. He would not listen and insisted that the tub was cracked prior to installation and that his guy would not step on the apron. He even argued that the crack was on the back of the tub. It was on the front and it was not there when I put it in the bathroom for installation. I should have taken pictures. Who knew the owner would pretty much call the customer a liar. As for the second tub, I am now trying to install the shower door myself, since Steffen Plumbing is no longer allowed in my house. This tub isn't level, which is making it almost impossible to install the glass doors properly. Perhaps not all of their plumbers are hacks, but are you willing to take that chance? Buyer beware!

great company, great staff, great work. I have dealt with Kim and his company over the past 3 years and have been very pleased with everything. They have maintained our furnace, run new ducting, and winterized our plumbing. Very good company to hire.
