Historically I have not had great experience with service people I hired to come into the house. For some reason, the first couple plumbers I called that I found on Google didnt even return my calls. Thank goodness I remembered to check Yelp and found a couple of the reviews on Stefano plumbing. This guy is not only honest, fast and left his work area clean, he is the kind of guy you'd feel comfortable asking to watch your kids while you are out.

Another provider said we needed to replace all of our shower trim, and Stefano pointed out that it was really only a $10 fix. Easy to communicate with via phone and text. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used Stefano. I have been impressed by his work and responsiveness. The first time he ended up needing a part so he made a quick run to the plumbing supply store, returned and installed it in less than an hour. It turned out that the expensive part was under warranty, but he had to buy it, order another one and then return it to the store for the credit. It took over 2 months for the part to arrive and he did not charge us for the part which meant that Stefano carried the cost for 2 months. Stefano was equally responsive and successfully fixed a different problem the second visit. He is definitely our ""go-to"" plumber!

Stefano would have come to our home the same day, but we requested a next day service. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed an incorrectly installed toilet (wax ring was bent). He had the part to fix it in his truck and installed it and within 20 minutes our toilet was working again.

I hired Stefano because of his great Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed! He came to my house to fix my Toto toilet and his wife was having a baby that day! Wow! What kind of work ethic is that? He knew exactly what the problem was. He also fixed by every dripping shower and put in a new water shut off valve for me. His work is excellent and best of all he's not guessing at what the problem is. He knows his stuff! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

We called Stefano when we moved into our new house and found out that the new dishwasher we had bought could not be installed. The problem was that the old dishwasher had been installed before the hardwood floors, and was actually stuck, since the wood floors were a good 1.5""+ higher than the bottom of the dishwasher. It actually turned into quite the drama, ultimately involving three different contractors.

Long story short, Stefano charged us very little for a lot of his time, and the new dishwasher was installed after removing a few boards of flooring.

We used him for several other small jobs and found his rates very reasonable. He was also prompt and professional. We will use Stefano again in the future.

Knowledgeable, Capable and Wonderful! Stefano is understanding to the woes of insufficient plumbing. He understands the need we all have to have things work the way they should and quickly. I was referred to Stefano by a coworker to fix our toilet that was having flushing issues. Stefano came out and explained the problem and then came back a few days later to fix the toilet and it has worked perfectly ever since.
