My in laws toilets and showers were all backed up starting on Christmas Eve, Stefano took my calls all day and told us what to do until he got out there on Friday...He showed up Friday on time and was extremely professional. He had to remove a toilet to do the snake clean out, did not make a mess. After several hours of hard work, problem solved. Highly recommend...

Ditto on everything already said. Stefano is fast, friendly and fair. He took care of a main line clog that another much larger firm attempted and failed. A local guy with lots of local knowledge. It is also a pleasure to deal with the owner of the business, not just a hired hand.

I called Stefano based on his yelp reviews. He returned my call quickly and was able to get out to my mom's house in Lafayette that afternoon. My mom just returned from the hospital and had a bad experience with another plumbing company. Stefano listened to my mom, fixed the problems and was very fair with his cost. My mom was thrilled -so was I since I live out of town. My mom is going to tell all of her neighbors about this fair, skilled and kind plumber.

We had some clogging in the main pipe under the house. I checked the side yard clean out and it was dry indicating the clog was under the house. I called the guys that installed our sewer main 2 years ago and they recommended Stefano's.

Stefano's is a one man operation and unclogging pipe clogs is his ""bread and butter"" work. Anyway, I called him around 7:45 PM, thinking he wouldn't be out until the next day, and he said he would come right out. He arrived around 8:05 PM and was done by 8:30 PM.

Stefano is an outgoing guy w/ a super attitude and he genuinely seems to enjoy his work. Believe the other five star reviews....he's that good.

Hired Stefano's Plumbing on a few occasions to do some drain cleaning. Did a good job. Had a recycling pump fail so I thought I would have him replace it. Made several attempts to install. Each time pump overheated and almost caught fire.
Finally just told him to forget it and remove the pump. Charged me for the pump and installation.
Won't refund money needing to go to Small Claims Court.
Probably good at the small stuff like drain cleaning.

Excellent Service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and competitive. What more could you ask for in a service professional.

Called for his help on some leaking pipes due to frost and in a few minutes he had corrected the problem. Since he was so quick, I then told him of some other drain issues and he fixed those as well. We discussed some other ""wish list"" items, he looked at the issue, made a recommendation, quoted a price and came by the next week, as he said, to install the items. All done very professionally.

Definitely would recommend Stefano to anyone that has plumbing issues!

Professional, prompt, knowledgable, great with kids (he let my 3 year old watch him work). Reasonable prices. He installed a pressure gauge for us. There ended up being a manufacturer defect, which we discovered that night. He was back the next day to fix it. Highly recommend him.

Stefano and his uncle came by try and unclog the sewer line at our house. (We have a problem with tree roots pretty far down our line and don't have a clean-out, so it has to be accessed via the roof vent.) Unfortunately the problem was bigger than anticipated and we couldn't get it fixed, but they made a heroic effort and refused to let me pay them. (The price they quoted me was also fair.) Both guys were honest, personable and knowledgeable. Definitely my go-to plumbers going forward.
