I hate to do this, especially after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I was astounded by the way I was treated today. Back at the end of the 2023 season, I made an appointment to have a leaking cap replaced on my system. Instead of changing just the cap, the technician replaced my entire unit. Now, fast forward to the beginning of this season, I turn my water on, not my sprinkler system, just my water, and water starts shooting out of that very part that was replaced, the part I didn't even need. I called Steeplechase to have it repaired and the technician came out and replaced the entire unit a second time. When I received the $533 bill I called the office and explained that I didn't even need that part at the time, but it was changed anyway, and now I'm being charged to replace it. I didn't think that was fair. I offered to pay the technician for the visit and his labor, along with the charge for opening the system for the new year. I was told that wasn't acceptable, seeing as the problem had occurred because I turned on the water in February(winter time) and it split the pipe. The water was on for less than 30 seconds. I didn't even turn on the system. I seriously doubt that could have caused the problem, but ok. I tried offering a resolution a second time, but once again, I was told there was absolutely nothing they were willing to do. So much for loyalty. If this is how they conduct business, I'm looking elsewhere, and anyone reading this considering using their services, probably should do the same.

Steeplechase Irrigation may be a few dollars more than the other guys but they do the job right. They come on time they have a great crew and They know their stuff. I haven't used them for much landscaping just irrigation and fertilizer and I'm on my fourth house that they put my new system in and it's working fantastic.

I have always gotten excellent services and the owner is and awesome guy!!!! I would Recommend the services to friends and family!!!!

Terrible customer service, an error was made on my contract and the office manager tried to say it was my fault that the mistake had been made when I specifically requested certain services! Unfortunately they're overall demeanor on the phone was less then welcoming and I will not be utilizing them in the future or recommending them to anyone!

They installed our sprinkler system in April 2014. It runs great. They handled getting the permit and installed it in one day. I am very pleased! They were reasonably priced compared to competitors.
