Steele plumbing helped us with two, back-back, plumbing issues. One was a leaky shower faucet, and the second was a new water heater. He responded to messages quickly and was able to get our problems taken care of quickly, even personally inconveniencing himself to help us on the weekend. Honestly, I did not know that Steele Plumbing existed until I found him on Yelp. He answered quickly, and he had my problem fixed within 4 hours of contacting him, and it was not an emergency. I expected the normal 2-3 day wait time for non emergencies, and was very surprised to have a 4 hour (or so, I didn't time it) fix.
He did a great job, didn't try to up sell to fancier equipment, and finished in a blink of an eye.
It's also nice to support local small businesses instead of the behemoth companies that are taking over the service industry.
I will be using this company for future plumbing incidents. Being a commercial property, there WILL be future plumbing incidents. It was refreshing to use a company who just did what needed done without 3 phone calls to get them there and the inevitable ""how did we do?"" follow up call.
