Best plumber in the San Diego area. Had a flooding problem, and the insurance company recommended a plumber. He came and gave me estimate of $17.000 to instal a new sewer pipe inside my home, meaning six weeks in a hotel. Plus the floors, walls, commodes, and sinks would have to be replaced, which would cost another $20,000 plus. Called Steele Plumbing, and Steve came out and solved the problem for $3,000.

Tree roots. Ugh!!!
I hadn't even moved into my home last year, I was doing some renovations beforehand when my contractor called and said we have a plumbing problem. Sure enough. The water kept backing up through the bottom floor shower drain. I was in panic mode. I was about to move in and I'm already having plumbing issues?!? I happened to call Steele Plumbing. Brett and Steve assured me they could arrive within the hour and they'd get it figured out. Sure enough, they pulled up ahead of schedule and immediately went to work. They snaked the line providing immediate and temporary relief. But then they ran a camera through and saw - tree roots! - noooo. They said - don't worry we can hydro jet the line and it will clear out the roots and it will last for years. Sure enough. It worked perfectly and I haven't had any plumbing issues since. I won't hesitate to call Steele Plumbing in the future for any/all my plumbing needs. Thanks Brett and Steve.

I was extremely impressed with the service and value that I received from Steele Plumbing today! The receptionist was very courteous and respectful of my time from my first contact . Justin, the plumber who came to my home, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I was given this recommendation from my awesome plumber who is out of town this week, and knew I needed a reputable company to fix a leak that could not wait! They came out to my mothers house for a faucet that was leaking in a downstairs bathroom and charged $275 to fix it. Next day faucet is still leaking and they quoted the only way to fix it is to replace the faucet and quoted her $1200!!! Taking advantage of older women is disgusting!! Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! Crooks!

Used these guys twice, first time saved me thousands on a house I bought with plumbing proBLems all the way to the main line in the street. Joe is the best plumber I ever met. HE RUNS VERY WELL TRAINED AND PROFESIONAL CREWS, AND HE SHOWS UP TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE DONE CORRECTLY. And this is saying a lot for a guy like me that built commercial buildings and fuel facilities all over the US.

We had a urgent water heater situation. We reached out to Steele Plumbing right away. We knew we need to replace our old water heater. Laurie said it was no problem and they would track one down (despite supply chain issues) and would be there the same day! They did, Joe installed, got everything up to code from our old water, and even clean up the water mess! Steele Plumbing make a stressful situation easy and simple. They are responsive, reliable and just plain nice!
