My wife and I purchased a home where the A/C unit was installed by Steele Brothers just two years ago. Unfortunately the system stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had a rocky start at first trying to get some technicians out to our house to inspect the unit. However, Joann did a fantastic job making it a priority to send technicians out to our house on short notice. The technicians were very professional and were able to fix the unit on the spot. I'm very appreciative for their professionalism and ability to make a new customer happy with working A/C! I'd definitely recommend!

This whole company impressed me start to finish with their dedication to doing the job right. I hired them to install a/c to my excising ductwork and replace and upgrade the furnace at the same time. The finished product turned out above my expectations; it's very apparent these guys take pride in their work by the extra time they took to cleanly route wiring, ducting, a/c lines, and the outdoor electrical. I'm an extremely picky guy and I wouldn't hesitate to have these guys back out if I ever needed additional work done. Superior for and finish. The gentleman who came out to give the quote was on time and professional, and in the everything came in at the quoted cost with no surprise charges. The crew that did the installation were on time and very professional. Overall I'm very impressed with them and highly recommend them if your in need this type of service.

Steele Brothers installed a new Carrier Infinity system in our Littleton home 3/2020, furnace and AC, and also an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Our house is 35 years old and there are challenges when replacing major systems in older homes. Steele Brothers excelled in every way: they designed and recommended an ideal system, they installed it on-time and with the upmost care and professionalism. I am a stickler for details and doing things right - and Steele Brothers delivered complete satisfaction. Their price was very reasonable all things considered. The after-the-sale service we got to take care of minor issues was exceptional. Friendly, made us a priority, and stood behind their work 110%.

My son used them to install a new Carrier HVAC and Aprilaire 800 in his townhouse in Littleton a couple months ago. He had the same experience we did. If you want the job done right, with excellent service - Steele Brothers is highly recommended!!! A family owned company that understands the value of great customer service.

This was not my most favorite company to work with. I would say tho that they did go above and beyond to fix a problem that I had with a technician. I will say this technician is no longer there. I am happy they went out of their way to come out and address the problem. I would say do your research when working with companies. Then you can decide for yourself!!

Octavio and another tech came to replace our furnace this morning. Highly impressed with the professionalism and friendly attitudes. They did a GREAT job with the install, choosing to fix and replace a few other things in the process. These guys are quality!

Nick was the 2nd person who helped me with my furnace last week. The first company stood in front of a fully functioning Carrier furnace with an error code and wanted to do a full replacement, or at a minimum replace the inducer motor and control board ($2,300). Nick evaluated the unit, checked various functions and parts, as a well trained professional would. The previous owner failed to perform maintenance timely and the condensation filter was clogged. We emptied about 50 ounces of water, the unit began draining properly and my bill was only for maintenance service. No more flashing error codes and no parts were replaced.

I also used Steele Bros in 2018 to replace an A/C unit in my prior home. They were the 3rd company to visit and the only company who performed any analysis before making a determination.

Steele Brothers is awesome to deal with and very patient with questions.

Thanks to Nick, my water heater conundrum was quickly solved. I unfortunately came to learn that the people who sold and installed my new water heaters actually lied about me needing them. Rather, my issue was the high water pressure causing the heater's valves to release pressure. Nick promptly reduced our water pressure and also helps me to do routine troubleshooting on my boiler/radiant heat system. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to share their knowledge with me.
