Called Gary From H&H Drain Cleaning to address my Water Pressure in my House.... He sent an affiliate plumber that spent 15 minutes adding air pressure to the well's pressure tank. The Water pressure in the house did not improve, the plumber spent 15 minutes total doing the air pressure... Then told me I owe him $295.00 for his services. So that comes to $1200.00 and Hour for his services. What a rip-off!

Had bubbling occur in my homes toilets, and any water running through my pipes would cause this burping sound and noticeable bubbles from all of my drain pipes. H&H took my call and sent out a technician on a Friday midday. I did need to ask what pricing to expect during my phone call but the operator answered my questions. Came out to $215 for a septic flush. Overall they proved to be professional and reliable.

Bryan had everything scheduled the same day when our wobbly toilet in the spare bathroom dropped what felt like a 1/4 inch. Bryan assigned Gary as our plumber and knew when he was going to arrive. The organization was spot on. Gary has been an absolute expert plumbing contractor to work with. He knows exactly who, what, where and when. Gary explained to us why the toilet was wobbly and the bracket cemented in the foundation is plastic and it breaks. Thus, we needed a new one. Gary broke the old bracket up from the foundation and replaced it properly in the ground. Removing all signs of work. The glue had to sit for 24 hours minimum so we waited three days. It still was rocking. We appreciate H & H coming back out to help us. Gary came back out according to when our schedule allowed and anchored the bracket. It does not move for either one of us now. In time and money, it was worth the approximately $400 to fix the rocking toilet.

My dishwasher was suddenly dripping water also my mud sink and the kitchen sink was backing up. We called and he let us know he had some ahead of us but promised to be there same day. He did exactly what he he said when he said he would. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He went above and beyond to help us get all cleaned out. He definitely saved the day! I called Gary on a Sunday and he was willing to come out however, he informed me that if I waited until Monday the rate would be cheaper. I knew then that I had called a sincere and honest person because he didn't have to tell me that. Mr. Gary came out this morning as promised and he went above and beyond what the service call was for. He had to do so much extra to get to the source of the problem and he did so without an extra cost. He got the job done and explained everything during the process. I could see my problem being fixed as he was doing it. My main thing is that he guarantees his work. I appreciate you Mr. Gary and thank you for all the extra you did. You have a new customer for all my plumbing needs. If I could give 100 stars, I would have. Thank you again

Do NOT hire this company. You'll get a motley crew of helpers parading in and out of your house, a different crew each day, and they'll charge you for the time that they ALL drive to the supply store to buy common parts. They will create new problems which they will then overcharge you to fix. And after two tries, they will still leave you with leaks and other problems which the NEXT plumber will have to fix!
