I reached out to Steady Flow Sewer & Drain through a Yelp Project. Needed to replace a pipe. I got astronomical quotes from other plumbers who were quoting me Fixed Cost bids. I was convinced the work was Time & Material only. Steady Flow confirmed that and gave me a honest estimate.

Jordan came in a bit early, explained the work and did a fantastic job. He was done in less than 40 min.

Plus Daniel the owner is super responsive on Yelp messaging. Highly recommend them.

I had what I thought was a simple clogged toilet that unfortunately turned out to be a larger problem. It became evident I would need a sewer line repair. I got several bids and while Daniel's bid was not the overall lowest, it was competitive and, more importantly, I felt confident that my problem would be fixed right the first time. This was of huge concern to my dad, who was graciously lending me the money for the project; he's elderly and somewhat wary of small businesses and doesn't want his ""little girl"" taken advantage of. But from the moment Daniel scoped the line and quoted me, I knew that Steady Flow would be my choice.

The work was done very timely, from quote to completion was less than a week, which is great considering they don't work weekends.

Daniel was super communicative even though I probably annoyed him with my texting.

All in all, great experience, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. (No offense but I hope to never need this service again haha.)

I was surprised by the $299 trip charge, however the owner reached out and explained the reasoning. I also had another company quote me a $1,000 trip charge and realized Steady Flow's charge is not so bad. I would reach out to them for any future plumbing needs.

In October 2023, my kitchen drain clogged completely. I tried home remedies but they didn't work. On a Saturday, I contacted this business via Yelp. I received a quick response and estimate. I felt the estimate was appropriate. Daniel came the next day, Sunday, and fixed the clog. He is professional, communicative and friendly. He is prompt and knowledgeable. His work is of high quality.
