Called in after hours for my water heater that was leaking. Within an hour the tech was at my door step. They were very helpful and explained why the problem occurred. They were able to fix the problem. Excellent service !

I highly recommend Steadfast plumbing.
I had a situation where my sink was backing up into my shower. I called around 9:00 am and made an appointment for that afternoon. They arrived on time, and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I asked them if there was a warranty, but they said that there was not, (which was a little disappointing), however , I was just happy to be over with it.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened one week later. I called them back and spoke with the supervisor, Omar. Even though there was no warranty, he said he would stop by himself, and offered me a 50 % discount , which I was ok with. He and his partner arrived within the hour, which was great! He successfully unclogged the drain within a short time, and explained to me that it could continue to happen unless I had a clean out installed. It made sense to me. He offered me a good enough price to do the job. Hopefully I won't have to do it anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely use Steadfast Plumbing.

Don't use this company! What a scam! I received a coupon in the mail and like to use the drain cleaning once a year when I get them. I received one from Steadfast made an appointment got the day off and they never showed! I called back to ask what happened and they hung up on me. Now they won't even take my calls! I'm actually glad they didn't show up because I know if they got here they would try and up sale me! Stay away read the reviews go else where

Max Campbell and the two guys who worked with him (I'm sorry I do not have their names) were wonderful! Max was willing to help me with a toilet leak at the last minute purely out if the kindness of his heart. I've never had an experience with a plumber like it. What a great guy! I'll never forget it.

I called Steadfast on the Morning of 3/26/22 and made an Afternoon appointment for 3/30/22. I called again on 3/29/22 to confirm the appointment which was confirmed. In turn, I had a family member take off work to meet their plumber on the 30th. It was a no show. I called them at roughly 3:30 PM to see what the deal was. I was told they were sorry and would call me back as they attempted to get someone out. Never heard from them again. My family member ended up missing out on work & income due to what appears to be a complete lack of competence and/or outright stupidity on their part. I recommend avoiding these folks like the plague. I should have paid more attention to their horrid ratings here and elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a water heater from them on 01/15/2020. I was quoted the price over the phone, and was later surprised with a ""necessary"" fee to complete the installation. which totaled $289. Today is 12/27/2021, less than 2 years from the installation date, and the heater is making a terrible, rumbling sound. Techs were informed by the company owner is over 2 years old, which it isn't, and I showed them the original bill. The water heater is having issues and when I attempted to explain my frustration to the owner, he told me to ""calm down little lady."" I am soooo offended. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced and we didn't know who to call because our plumber retired but our landlord recommended Steadfast Plumbing they came in and did an excellent job I am a customer forever.
