Yesterday, Sunday, we had a plumbing emergency. My husband looked on google to find a plumber that worked on a Sunday to help us and he found Juan Marin from Statewide. He had really great reviews so my husband called him. Juan was close to our house working so he said he would be to us within 1.5 hours. True to his word, Juan came to our house when he said he would. He assessed the situation and quickly figured out what the problem was. He is not only competent but he was extremely courteous too. He arrived with a mask on and before entering our home he asked if we wanted him to remove his shoes. Within a couple of hours our problem was resolved! We found his rates to be very affordable with no weekend up-charge! I would definitely use his services again and would also recommend him!

These guys are very professional. Just within an hour of a call they were able to come by my house to diagnose and fix the problem. They are reasonably priced, very friendly, and knowledgable of their trade. Explaining everything they were doing and how the leak and clog occurred.

Juan and I texted and emailed with pictures to determine my needs and his plan. After a few times we were able to come up with a plan, a cost and a date and time. He arrived with his assistant. We talked and they went right to work. After a few hours they were finished. He showed me what he did and why he did. Let me know if there were any future concerns I should contact him. Juan was an honest guy values quality of his work and cared about getting the job done right. Now a days, it's hard to find a plumber like that, because most of the time, a big plumbing company will send you someone that try to quickly get things done and move on to next job. Not Juan, he takes his time and do it correctly. I have Juan over to replace my water shutoff valve because it was leaking, he took a look and determine it's ok and nothing to be fixed, he explained to me why I would see some water during the hot days. He did not want to do any job that charge you a lot of money that does not need to be done. I valued such honesty above anything else. Definitely Juan has gained my trust and next job I have is going to call him for sure.
