Recommended Customer Reviews

First off... the technicians and owner are all nice, but I shouldn't know that they're as nice as they are because of sooooo many visits to our home over the last 5 years. We built a brand new home in 2017 and while the first year everything was under warranty and there were a couple visits, the other 4 years and I believe 5-6 visits have not been. We've had the emergency winter calls... the non emergency summer calls and have never even had the chance to call them for an annual service because the unit craps out and they have to come out and fix it. It's a lemon and there isn't anything anyone can say to convince me otherwise. Eventually, we'll put a new boiler in. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to use Statewide because they really have taken care of us over the last few years, but definitely not use the brand that they installed initially and swear is incredible.
