Our house is over 20 years old and the plumbing needed a lot of general maintenance work - replacing supply lines, and replacing toilet kits and faucet kits. Even though Staten's quote was a little higher than others, we decided to go with them because we had read such good reviews. Are we glad we did! Greg Satterwhite was awesome! He came out when he said he would, was very professional, and completed the job in one day. He was thorough and actually did more than we expected - cleaning the faucet aerators, actually cleaning out the toilet tanks, and generally making sure that each job was done just right. He checked our water heater and water pressure even though we hadn't even thought to ask him to do that. He gave us a lot of good advice on maintaining our plumbing and septic systems that will save us time and hassle in the future. We highly recommend Staten Plumbing!
