First of all, Mr. Ray, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your professional, efficient and reliable work!

He managed to replace four toilets, 3 valves, and to repair the front faucet leaking problem by changing to out an old shutoff valve to the outdoor front faucet part within 5 hours by himself.

It was extra bonus for me to have him over on Saturday while my husband was at home and it was easy communicate between Mr. Ray and my husband.

When Mr. Ray found something, he always explained to make sure that we understood.

He didn't do an unnecessary work such as replacing a newer valve in the basement toilet which was placed by our previous owner.

We were so glad that we made a best decision to hire him and are so happy to have a good resource whenever we need for plumbing jobs.

Warranty company sent this plumber to our home to fix our hot water heater. Took the deposit of $125 said he had to call in the parts for repair and that is the last we saw of him. Tried to text him on Saturday and call him. It ended with an emergency as the tank ruptured fully by Sunday. I again tried to contact him with no response at all. His voicemail was full. I would not even attempt this company.
