Well I tried to hire Zack State 48 plumbing but he was difficult and couldn't understand that the house we needed service at was in an LLC. I guess it's good it worked out for some but for me it was a waste of time and a day as we had an agreed on time and then he decline because the house is owned by an llc. Very unprofessional.

Two of these guys were sent by our home warranty company to repair a shower head with a weak drip. They broke a part inside the shower lever assembly during the repair. They told us they would order the part, and had ""no idea"" when it would come in. They could've bought the lever assembly from the local hardware store and fixed it within the hour, but they chose not to since the full assembly cost $35 and the piece they broke cost $12. So we went from a small drip to no shower so they could save $23 on the part they broke.
The next day I received an email asking me to review their service. I wrote what I just told in the prior paragraph. Then I called them several times to follow up, but they didn't return my calls. When I finally reached someone, they told me that they had the part, and we scheduled an appointment for the follow-up repair. When no one showed up, I called. They guy I spoke to said ""You gave us a bad review. So we cancelled the appointment.""

You came in gave me honest feedbacks and offers at fair prices. Helped replace my water heater that was damn near shot, and helped improve my water softener situation with a move and re-pipe. Huge shoutout to Zack Rickard at State 48 Plumbing LLC! We have had a leaky toilet in our master bathroom for a long time and finally decided to get it fixed. I reached out to my neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations, and several people referred me to State 48. I see now why so many recommended State 48. He was fantastic! He communicated with me every step of the way from my initial text, and showed up promptly at 2PM as he said he would. It was literally a 2 minute fix! And he did the fix as a courtesy! Amazing so happy to support a local small business and fellow neighbor!

He could have tried to charge us for work that didn't need to be done or sell extra parts but was up front and honest making us feel we were able to trust in him, the team and company.
