State 48 Drain Service is Awesome! That might sound enthusiastic about plumbers...but it's true. I didn't want to have to hire a plumber in the first place because I'm a serious do-it-yourself guy. But I also know where my skill boundaries are. I don't remember how I found them, I'm just glad I did. Their previous customers loved them with glowing comments and now I'm with them too.
Adam and Casey answered the call right away, were responsive, reasonable with their price. Casey came out and was a respectful perfectionist with his work and did a fantastic job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Adam was great fixed our bathtub knob. Usually we always pay too much for anything because we are lazy and never do our homework. I have too young boys so all our stuff gets broken around the house. We will be asking him to come back if we need more services done.

Best customer service that I have had in a long time. From the time of my call regarding kitchen drain issues to the time my job was complete was less than 4 hours. Casey did an excellent job including being mindful of COVID issues. Casey wore a mask and sanitized everything before he left. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them again!

Man I can't say enough good things about these guys. I worked with Casey and Adam and these guys were great. Casey answered my calls, all my questions, and was super knowledgeable. When I met them at my house Adam was super professional and made the whole process stress free and easy. I was stressing out with a remodel I'm working on and am lost most of the time so being able to hit up State 48 and then practically ""holding my hand"" through the process put my mind at ease. They came same day, and did the work in no time at all. The quality was top notch and the price was well worth it. These guys are legit and definitely have old school service. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Last month I called in an emergency repair on a Saturday evening. We were washing laundry and our sewer backed up into the tub. They were at my house within an hour and snaked the sewer cleanout which fixed the problem. They didn't charge extra for a late-night call either or tried to upsell me - beware, a lot of plumbers do this unnecessarily. Right before I called them, I called another company that said we probably needed to have the line from our roof snaked and a camera sent into our lines for hundreds of dollars. State 48 saved the day!

Today, I had them come out to replace our dishwasher - they just left and it's after 6:30pm - took about an hour or so. They even went to Lowes to pick up my order since I didn't have a truck and hauled away my old dishwasher - all for a seriously good price!

It is quite refreshing to have met an honest plumber after meeting many snakey salesmen in the business! Thank you State 48!!

Sunday evening and a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Addam & Casey came through when nobody else could. Not only were they able to come out that evening, but they were also the most reasonable in terms of cost. They were professional, upfront and extremely accommodating.
