Had a kitchen drain clog - you know how that goes, it's pretty much something that needs fixed right away, and everything in the house grinds to a halt until it works again.

I contacted Chris via yelp based on all the great reviews. This was on a Saturday night, when other places were closed or unavailable here in Portola Hills.

Chris was on the job Sunday morning, brought the right tools, got it done quickly and correctly, and even recommended some ways of keeping the drain free and clear in the future.

He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would. The guy was professional and workmanlike, with a great attitude to boot - answered all our questions right away.

I called Chris at 8pm on a Saturday night on Easter weekend when my kitchen sink completely stopped draining. He responded quickly and gave me some thoughts on what he anticipated the problem to be and came out the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. His quote stayed the same and no up charges for weekend or holiday. He wore a mask and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Chris responded immediately to my call on a Sunday and was over at our house in a few hours. The issue was with our recirculating pump and he was able to turn just enough off to stop the leak but still allow us to have water until repair could be done following morning. 15 year old water heater finally died and decided to say goodbye by flooding our garage on Thursday at almost midnight. Spoke to Chris by 7:30am Friday from my Yelp inquiry at midnight and sent him pictures of my issues. By 1:30pm Tiffany was at our home to do a quick look-see and quote. We decided on tankless water heater with circulator pump. Saturday 10am Marty came to start the job and by end of Saturday, we have a beautiful tankless water heater, almost instant hot water running whenever we use the faucets/shower. Everyone we encountered throughout this process were pleasant to talk to, straightforward, competitive pricing and just great customer service overall. Will recommend again and again!

The drainage problem was diagnosed and confirmed via camera view to be what I already suspected (root infested sewer pipes).
Chris rolled out the heavy artillery and drill shredded the invasive root clusters to pieces. Problem solved within two hours. Wife happy!
Will work with Chris sometime soon to swap the 18th century water heater technology with a TANKLESS WATER HEATING SYSTEM....blah blah, blah. Do I recommend him and his work. ABSOLUTELY YES

Long of short: copper pipe sprung a leak between bedroom wall and bathroom shower a day ago. Had to shut main off to prevent more internal water damage. One agency initially committed, then went sideways. Was left at square one, searching for a plumber again. STAT answered their phone, finished their current job, and came straight over. Chris and his partner, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and the work was on point.

I've said it before, but customer service is a dying thing. Chris and his company STAT still have it. Much appreciated.

This company provided an excellent service during our time of need. Our water heater went out and we needed to get it back on so we could bathe our baby that evening. They responded right away and sent a technician within a couple hours. The young man, Chris, showed up on time with a mask and was very polite and courteous.
