I got on Yelp Tuesday 1.22.19 and sent multiple quote requests. Looking to find a plumber to fix a leak in a kitchen drain that was leaking into the basement and a master bath leak into the ceiling in living room.. It's a rental property so I have a manager helping me to meet contractors etc..
ASAP plumbing was the 1st company to call me back and set the appointment up for the next day. So I went with them. They showed up on Wednesday morning January 23rd. They snaked the kitchen drain and told my manager they will be back on Sunday 4 days later to see where the leaks are coming from.
My manager called me and said they snaked it but aren't coming back until Sunday.
I said ""why?"" ""They dont have time to do anything until then.""
We need to find someone ASAP we said. and laughed.
I called Done plumbing and scheduled for Thursday late afternoon.
Wednesday night the tenants ran the water and the kitchen drain backed up again.

Thursday morning Starz Plumbing followed up with a phone call and asked if everything was taken care of if not they could have someone out this morning. I asked what time? 45 minutes, he said. I said yes please!
They came out and resnaked it to 75 feet. Apparently ASAP plumbing only went only 25 feet according to my manager. Who knows, maybe there was a second clog? (No ones perfect.)
Starz plumbing said the leak was from the back up drain and the pipes were fine in the kitchen.
The master bath had a loose tile and Starz said I could get a handymen and re grout and secure the tile it should be good to go.

Needed to get an annual preventative sewer snake on short notice. Called Starz after our two normal providers were unavailable or did not respond. Rodrigo answered the phone on the first call, made availability within 24 hours and showed up to the minute of our appointment time.

Not only did he perform the snake as requested, he also ran a camera and pointed out areas of interest/concern and ran through them with us, giving us advice on the best way to self-manage maintenance throughout the year. All while offering a new customer discount that made their pricing at/below market rates.

There is a reason I like to support local business and this is why. Beyond my expectations for customer service and beyond dependable. I'll definitely use them again.

Starz plumbing came to find a leak I had and were here when they said they would be. They were very polite and found the problem. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would have them out next time I have a problem. Rodrigo on the phone that set up the call was very helpful and put me at ease. So glad I gave them a try. They are 5 stars from me. Thanks guys.

Starz Plumbing and Heating has exceeded my expectations, friendly and professional Staff, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable prices. They are my Go To Plumbing Service. I've had a few leaks just this year alone and Enrique, the owner came out since their Plumber was working in Castle Rock and I needed someone out at my home right away. He truly is a trustworthy, simple kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, it would make sense since he is a Master Plumber, he was fast and efficient. Last year Miguel replaced my Water Heater and my garbage disposal. Very friendly and clean. I also had a problem with my AC and with just a phone call, Luis their HVAC tech was so friendly and helpful and saved me time and money and was able to repair my AC without any charge. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend you give them a call next time you have a problem.

Starz saved the day in my house! I was referred to them by my everyday plumber Dan @ Plumb Rite! We had run into problems with a gas stove line that was installed some 3 plumbers previous! Miguel came out took a look & said yes no problem I can fix your line & install your new range! Miguel is so knowledgeable & easy to work with. Straight forward fast & efficient! In just 2 hours I had a fixed gas line & a working stove!!

The price quoted was what I paid & it was very reasonable. I needed a master plumber & Starz came through for me! Thank you so much!!!
