Jake came this time and fixed our clothes washer water line so that it would drain properly. Jake was prompt, knowledgeable, and neat. He did a wonderful job and I always like how SP can fit me in without a long wait. They're the best.

I had a new fridge delivered and found out I didn't have a waterline in my new townhome. I called up and had Jake come over to set it up. Ended up needing to come up with a brand new solution on how to get the waterline set up and he walked me through the whole solution step by step. By the end of the day - my fridge is working like a charm! Water and ice included!
