I can't say enough about these guys. They're family owned & operated with the highest level of courtesy and integrity. I received a response within an hour of requesting a quote and they came out the same day. Our repair/plumbing job was extensive so it did take 2 days to complete. I was impressed at how quickly they responded and diagnosed the issue. They fully explained the problem, gave us a comprehensive estimate and provided a quick fix to leave us with running water overnight. The cost was extremely reasonable and less than we anticipated.

A team returned the following day to complete the full repair. When they were finished, they cleaned everything completely and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.

We had the honor of meeting all 3 brothers, Caleb, Nathan and Jason, as well as their father Gene; and all were attentive and went to extreme measures to ensure we were satisfied.

I highly recommend these guys and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I did not have a chance to hire them because the timing didn't work out but they were so incredibly easy to work with that I feel compelled to write them a review.

Caleb was very transparent, quoted me up front, and worked with me when I said that I didn't know if I would be available for an estimate at a particular time. Even though we weren't table to work together, the promises that were made were followed up on and completed as expected.

I look forward to the chance to hire them in the future--although i would prefer not to have a plumbing problem if I can avoid it.

Outstanding service! My tankless water heater service valves were installed incorrectly when I moved into my home. They provided me the best price among other companies and arrived on time. They came out and fixed the service valves within a timely manner. The person that came to my home provided excellent customer service and was professional. Asked this company for a quote and they responded very quickly. They would not quote without seeing the job so an appointment was made. They showed up on time, looked at the work (it was about 30 minutes of work for someone that knew what they were doing). Quoted $375, which I turned down. Called Farrell Plumbing at 4:55 pm the same day. They came out the next morning and completed the job in less than 45 minutes and charged me $145. Don't get taken advantage of!

We sprung a gas leak in our kitchen island stovetop. Gas leaks are nothing to mess around with. I emailed Start to Finish Plumbing around 8:00 am and got a response in less than an hour from Jason. He came out within two hours, found the leak, went and got parts and had it securely fixed in less than an hour. It was comforting to know that they are a family business in my community. Very trustworthy and efficient. Highly recommend. Thanks Jason!

Installed a new washing machine and the faucets started to leak. Contacted Caleb he was there the next day, right when he said he was going to be. He installed two new valves, a nice clean efficient install. Very happy will use them again.

Caleb responded to my request within minutes and was at my house not much after that. I thought I needed a gas line uncapped in the laundry room and some other stuff but there was no gas line into the laundry already. He was very honest saying it would be cheaper to just get an electric dryer at this point instead of running new lines but would be happy to quote it anyway and hopped in the attic to take a quick look to make sure if he did quote it he knew what he was dealing with.

I appreciated the honesty, the quick response, and their friendliness and will 100% reach out to them in the future for any other plumbing needs we have.
