Tri-Cities' top handyman. We function as your trusted maintenance and home repair company for local residents. We provide a more affordable choice for house repairs. Generally, we are classified under handyman services on home maintenance lists, but in the housing sector, it’s known as building maintenance.
With 20 years in the housing industry, I observed that many homeowners requested the same services as my clients. Most were left with options of large corporate plumbers and electricians for minor repairs. I took it upon myself to provide these solutions to homeowners, allowing them to conserve time and money while building a niche for myself.
To say I have a genuine love for what I do. Starting at 8, I’ve been active in this industry, beginning at craft shows with my mom. At 10, I shifted my skills to assist my dad with his tenants, and at 18, I joined the army as a mechanic before earning an art degree from SVSU. I quickly, I turned my interests in woodworking and crafting into mastering everything related to property maintenance. If it exists, I’ve encountered it, repaired it, or addressed it. Gerald W.Fast and friendly, called and they came in less then an hour. They went to work and were done in 2 hours. The only down side is when the city came to inspect the work and almost didn't pass it. The city tech talk to his boss and OK it. The price was very good. The a work was a little out line, the pipe is a little curved. An up side is the pipe they removed was very plugged and now my water presser is much better.
