I needed two toilet installations as soon as possible and Mike quickly responded to our project inquiry. He had a quote right away and was available to do the job the same day (others wanted to set up appointments and send a technician first which felt like too much of a hassle for a straight forward job). Mike showed up at his estimated arrival time, was very polite and courteous, and, most importantly, got the job done, no problem. He showed me that it was solid and was tested several times. It took less than 2 hours for both installs and removal of our old toilets. He even took the time to look at our kitchen sink and give us an honest assessment. Amazing when you ask companies specifically to not bother tenants, my doorbell rings and there they are!Communication is key today, especially in light of the pandemic. Mike handled my request like a pro. I had a pressure regulating valve in a box in the front yard that hasn't been touched in 5 years. I asked to have it replaced without ringing the doorbell. And what do you know, the bell never rang and my family stayed focussed on the home schooling. His price was lower than the other two quotes I received. He came out exactly when he said he would and managed it all based off of a photo and a few questions. Easy payment with Venmo allowed me to manage the whole process while still working my day job. And now my weekend is free from attempting a project that would have eaten up a whole Saturday and been a leaky mess. Price included a year warranty. Will be saving his number for future work.

Had a leaking part under the toilet and Mike was so quick to respond and give me an estimate for the service. He communicated with me before arriving. He was honest and upfront about the issue. After he left we had a leak from a different part (not related to the original issue) I called him and he came right back and left the toilet working in perfect conditions with new parts and no leaks. Would recommend !
