Could not have been happier with the service I received from Stars and Pipes and from Jed. Incredibly responsive, fair and reasonable company. My first big issue as a homeowner and they were able to come out and work on it within 24 hours. He was not only on time, but 5 minutes early! Jed is extremely knowledgeable and honest and I am so pleased we decided to go with his company. There is a reason for so many good reviews. He made sure the issue was completely resolved and not just give it a temporary fix. Very friendly and took the time to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was going on. He meticulously cleaned up afterwards (even though there was barely anything to clean up!) I am so impressed and pleased and would give this company ten stars if I could. Thanks so much again!

Couldn't have had a better experience, water heater crapped out and within 30 min they were there with a new water heater and 30 min later it was replaced and working. Great people to deal with and know what they are doing.
