Love these guys!! Rebecca is always so friendly and you can text her too about your issues and she gets right back to you. Great communication!! And I kind of leave in a rural area and they come right out...love it.

We've had to call them out here multiple time just for upgrades or issues with our garbage disposal, sprinklers, needing sprinkler zones and drip lines, fixing leaks. Norma home stuff...and all their guys are super cool and friendly and give you advise. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

Here we are again with a 20 year old Plano house. More plumbing issues, but still better than buying a new one. Thankfully we have Starnes plumbing on our speed dial. They are consistently very professional and great value for quality service.

OOT when 911 call for gas leak occurred. Starnes fixed (and charged) for repairs on the gas co side of the line saying gas co would credit bill. Week later had issue again but this time called gas co. Gas co said they fix leaks on gas co side for FREE and licensed plumbers, like Starnes, knows they aren't to work on the gas co side. Confronted Starnes and they admitted they were knowingly wrong and said they'd refund, but they never have. So I'm out $500 AND gas co had to come back out to repair the "Starnes repair" because it was still leaking! I've contacted Starnes at least 30x since then, to make it right (after they admitted lying and said they'd reimburse)....still waiting.

After our "handyman" messed up the faucet we called Starnes. They were very easy to work with. The phone appointment person was helpful and provided an estimate. They guys come out on time (even a bit early!) and competed the job for a fair price.

August 18,2019, Starnes Plumbing is the BEST! Contacted there office for service on Friday13,2019 for leak in yard. Appointment made for Tuesday 17,2019. A worker from Starnes was here by 10am and job was completed with additional task requested by 6:30pm same day. Very professional guy. Can barely tell yard was touched. The technicians were personable, polite and efficient - knew what they were doing for sure! Overall pricing was excellent as well. Had a big water leak in front yard. Had to turn off main water to house. I Called Starnes after seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were booked up they did me a huge favor and squeezed me in on the same day. Brent and Brett and all their guys found and fixed the leak in the front yard which turned out to be a cracked leak in the main line. Very prompt, courteous and professional from their entire crew that came out. Can't say enough good things about their company and their guys. Will use them again for sure and highly recommend them.

Starnes Plumbing really is an honest company. I had a leak in my yard a few months ago at the meter causing a $300+ water bill that had supposedly been "fixed" (twice) by another company over a three month span. (A second company recommended a total replacement of the pipe from the meter to the house for an estimated cost of $2300 -- based solely upon my phone call. They never even looked at it.) I called Starnes Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning, got a call back within 10 minutes, and Brett said he'd take a look that morning. I got a text a few hours later stating that it was fixed! I asked him his opinion about replacing the pipe to the house. "Why? It's PVC. You have no tree roots encroaching on it. It was just a joint that was leaking." Oh, and his bill was $140 less than the other company whose work he had to re-do. So yeah, Starnes Plumbing is the only one I'll ever call when I need a plumber.

Absolutely great service and very accommodating. This is the second time I've used Starnes Plumbing and both times were as positive as could be, given that I needed to have a leak fixed (on a Sunday) then replace a tankless water system whose manufacturer went out of business 5 years after spending over $4,000 dollars on it (thank you Eternal and your useless 20 year warranty!). Brett was great to work with... He worked hard to find parts that frankly are not readily available and then worked with my warranty company (who he has no relationship with) to get me what I needed. This is a family owned business and Brett understood the challenges of not having hot water for an extended period of time, especially with 2 young children. He rearranged his schedule to get my new system installed the moment the part was ready to be picked up. He was extremely responsive and did anything to move things along. I appreciate his honesty and recommend the him and the business to anyone who has plumbing needs!
