This company was appointed to me by my home insurance agency. I had hesitations from my first conversation with them. In a service industry, you want your technicians to be friendly and helpful. My experience with them was anything but that. We recently started having water damage to our ceilings over our kitchen. First, the technician entered through our garage and was knocking on the door. He was anything but friendly when he walked in. There was no, Hi, Hello, how are you doing? The service technician did a two minute assessment of our pipe leak. He flushed the toilet and said there was no leak there and looked behind the vanity in the upstairs bathroom. Within one minute, he attributed the leak to faulty grout work, however, no one has taken a shower in that bathroom in over 3 months. I asked him to look at the hot and cold water lever piping and he said """"No, I don't think I'm going to do that...."""" He didn't seem like he really wanted to do anything when he got here. I let him know that we weren't going to pay for any work unless he did thoroughly inspect the shower and he turned around and just left. He filed a false report with the home warranty agency to get a trade call fee when he left. I would stay far away from this company.
