I called and asked for someone to come out to fix my clogged sink. I spoke to the first person and gave them all my information and then a scheduling person called me and offered to have a plumber come out at 6-8pm on a Friday which I agreed to. The plumber then showed up at 4:10 and expected me to be home. I explained that the appointment was scheduled for 6-8 and he continued to insist that the company doesn't work past 5 on Fridays but said his boss would call me back to schedule someone else to come out from 6-8. The boss called me back and was not helpful at all, after an argument about scheduling the manager told me he didn't want to take my call. It was ridiculously unreasonable. I was more than willing to have it scheduled another time but this company wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. I will never use them again.

Arby came by and fixed an issue with my sink and dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable about the problems and repaired quickly.

First of all, Denver and his crew are really nice and very responsive. I've used them four times now, and after each project I'm left with disappointment. I never seem to get what I want, and more often than not, I'm getting talked into something else. Plumbing issues tend to be more urgent, and I didn't have many options other than to go with their recommendation. Our water heater went out recently, and I wanted to replace it with a hybrid. I was told it was an expensive install, and I didn't have the right power voltage, etc...I was willing to replace it with a similar gas unit as long as it was Energy Star rated and had digital controls. I got neither, and instead was sold a basic Rheem with poor controls and no display. Value? I was charged $2,600 for the Rheem 50 gal gas appliance, with a 45 minute install time on-site.

I highly recommend Starboy Plumbing. Denver and Arby came out to replace my 40 year old water valve and irrigation valve. They did an excellent job!

Denver and Arby of Starboy Plumbing did a great job installing my water heater. Very professional and friendly. They explained the process as they worked, and gave me options on how I would like them to set up the water heater, and also gave their recommendations.

I first met Denver because I needed a gas line shut-off valve installed for my new dryer. After he did that job, we talked about my water heater, which was nearly 30 years old! He gave me several options and quotes, and rather than try to upsell me, he asked me what my water needs are, and recommended the appropriate heater for those needs (was the lowest priced option).

While you never want to have a plumbing issue, if you do, give Starboy Plumbing a call!
