We needed a new sewer lateral as part of a home project we had been working on over the course of the past 2 years. Timing was essential as the next phase of our project was to pour new concrete within a short period of time. The sewer lateral would need to be placed prior to the concrete pour. Friendly service and very fast. They came out the same day I called to replace the P trap under my kitchen sink that just completely came off when I jiggled it a little after noticing it was leaking. Reasonable price. They suggested other services that might benefit me but weren't pushy when I said I just wanted the P trap replaced. Great work!

I came home from a long trip to find that my water heater had died. Starboy arrived first thing in the morning, set up the new tank, and hauled the other one away in less than two hours. AND! They were so nice to boot! I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to my SF friends.

Although the plumber cleared the sink pipe with a snake after attempting to open the clean out pipe and checking the basement pipes, he constantly tried to sell me services I didn't need such as replacing all plumbing pipes under the sink. He claimed that they will leak after he takes all of them off and install them back together. The pipes are in good condition. I told him he only needs to disconnect the one pipe attached to the wall which he did with no problem. As of now, they are still not leaking.

Before finding out the condition of the plugged sink pipe, he was already trying to sell me the $800 acid pour down liquid like substance before trying to use the snake.

If I hadn't been knowledgeable in plumbing, he would have sold me new plumbing and the acid like pour down for around $1,000.

I won't be using Starboy anymore.

Christian (Chris) was incredibly helpful, honest, and a really good guy. The pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking and he helped me figure out the company that supplied my reverse osmosis water filter had probably failed to replace the air gap when they uninstalled the device. Sure enough, that's what happened. Thank you, Chris!
