Ever since moving to Star 6 years ago from a BIG city, we have been impressed with the helpful professionalism of the small town public services and Star Sewer and Water certainly added to our impression. Every single time I walk in to pay our bill, one of the women jumps up to receive the payment even though I say 'this is just a drop off' so they can deal with it when they are not busy with other tasks. These employees represent their utility and the City of Star very well. Much appreciated.

The thing about places like this is they are fully aware we need water. It's not like they have to compete with anyone or convince anyone they need water. So every single time I walk in the women who work there come off as bothered princesses and treat you like a peasant because you're old school and sometimes pay cash on your bill. Because of their attitudes I switched to pay mostly online but today I had cash and ran inside. God forbid as a stay at home mom I should want some social interaction with someone older than 10. But I won't interrupt the princess's maverik snack time again with my peasant needs.
