The sewer line from the curb to the main sewer line in the street was broken and clogged with roots. This had been causing multiple back ups into the bath and shower. Alex snaked the line so I could see where the damage was on their camera. This provided limited use of the plumbing while he could fit the repair into his schedule. He got an early opening and was out the next day with his crew and heavy equipment. He provided a copy of the permit and the work came with a 2 year warranty. Alex was professional and friendly. I thought the price was reasonable given the size of the job. I would definitely hire him again.

I called at 2pm today, Saturday to have 50 feet of pipe cleaned.
My regular plumber was solid booked.
I couldnt wait till Sunday.
Girl in office said, A tech will call you with an ETA.
The tech called at 7pm asking what I needed. I explained my problem and he says, I can come give you a quote or can I do it tomorrow. I said, No I need it done now!
He said, Well let me find a tech available.
It's almost 9pm and have not heard from him.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!
If you didnt want to work tonight Why even call!
I will sacrifice the remainder of night with a camp potty and wait for my regular plumber tomorrow.

Don't bother with this company. I have a serious plumbing issue and called in 1/6/20 at 2:00 and was told I would be called back. It's the next day and no one has called. Very unprofessional.

Star rooter and plumbing came out to my 92 year old Grandma's house to replace the main drain and other pipes under the kitchen. They did everything they said they would, they were on time, and at a very good price. Fred discussed everything with us before he did it

I had water leakage from the City main water pipe to my house and need to find an excellent Trenchless plumbing company. I checked several top Yelp reviews and contacted 3 companies. I called Star Rooter on Friday and talked to Fred Ramos (Owner). He was able to take a look at the video that I sent to him and to meet me on Saturday's afternoon for a full diagnosis and estimate of the job.

Fred was very professional and provided me with all the options regarding my pipe situations. The best option was to do trenchless (go underneath the concrete (40 - 45 feet), remove the old plastic pipe with full copper piping and replace the water valve.

Fred and his team came by Tuesday's morning and spent the whole day removing the old pipe, hammered ouy the concrete areas that needed to replaced and insert new copper piping to the house. They did not left until 8 PM and clean up all the areas and make sure that all the water areas of the home runs smoothly. We double checked to see that the City water-meter valve was not moving when the water was not turned on.

I am extremely impressed with Fred and his 2 employees who did an excellent job. It is pretty amazing that they can do trenchless without removing 45 feet of concrete. I would definitely use Star Rooter and Plumbing for any future jobs and highly recommend his company.

I only regret is that: I wish I have known and talked with Fred 15 years ago.

Fred came out to our rental to help we weren't able to clear the clogs in both bathroom sinks. Came when specified (no waiting around) and was good at walking me through what he was doing as well as what he was seeing. Extremely transparent and professional. Cleared both clogged sinks and a bath tub drain. Communicated everything to the property manager, being transparent with both parties.

I needed some work done today. I called this morning and spoke to a nice lady that told me a tech would call me back. A little later, I received a call from the owner Fred. Fred told me that they were really busy and his employees were all on jobs so he was going to come out personally. Awesome. Fred showed up, followed by Robert a little bit later. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were in and out in a couple hours and they did a great job.

This is the second time that they have provided me with timely and quality service at a good price.

I absolutely recommend these folks if you need some plumbing done.
