I posted my project on yelp on August 23, 2024 to install a new toilet with s bidet and 2 shower shower head systems, 1 in my master bedroom and 1 in my other bathroom. Star plumbing & water heater was the second response out of many to apply for my project. Will the owner of Star plumbing & water heater messaged me and said he could come the following day I said yes. I was thinking that I would only get a quote, but I not only got a quote and a reasonable one, but Star plumbing also completed my project on the same day. This company is punctual, fast efficient and reasonable. I will call and hire them for my future projects.

The repairs went fast for a slow sink, slow tub, and toilet replacement but the tub is still sort of slow draining.

Edit:
Star Plumbing is returning to check my slow tub drain on Friday 8/16/24 and will fix it if needed. They have a 15 day guarantee. The original repair was Fri 8/9/24. I will give them 5 stars if the tub doesn't pool water with the drain full open.

Edit 2:
Star Plumbing returned a week after the initial repair to check whether if my tub drain was slow. It wasn't. The tub spout is just faster than the drain normally. I apologized to Will(?) for making him come out all the way to Newark from Dublin but he said it was alright. Definitely recommend as they stand by their work and won't hesitate to come back if you feel their work want 5 stars.

My mom called me asking for help with a clogged sink. I went to Yelp and put in a request for service. Star Plumbing called right away and was able to get to my mom within an hour to unclog her sink. All done with amazing customer service and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Will called me immediately and came out at 10pm offering to turn off our leaking water heater. He ended up draining it so that he could come back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He arrived at 8:30am with his brother and a new water heater. They are both very thorough and neat, cleaning up everything afterwards. It's nice to not only have two very professional plumbers but ones that actually care about their customers and their safety. Will also offered me some excellent advice on maintaining the water heater, which I truly appreciate.
