- We’re Ready to Bring You Comfort! Michael Wallace, the owner, has worked as a residential and commercial service technician since 1975 and received his HVAC license in 1987. For two decades, he has instructed HVAC courses at ITT Technical Institute and Ivy Tech State College. He is supported by technicians he has personally trained, including two of his sons.

At STAR Heating & Cooling, Sarah holds the position of operations manager. She oversees the daily operations of the company. Having spent 10 years in this industry, she has a deep passion for her work.
