Star 5 Plumbing did a great job replacing the 2 toilets in my house. Before they came I asked Mike which toilets he would be installing through my home warranty company. I didn't like the reviews of the brand, so I asked Mike if he could use another brand instead. He said he never had anyone ask him that before, but 5 minutes later he called me back & said he found 2 Gerber toilets. Those reviews were fine & I've been very happy with them. Not one issue since then. The installer (Tom, I think), was very knowledgeable & thorough with everything he did. My home builder had cut the floors around the original toilets, so the new toilets didn't cover the same area. Tom covered up the exposed area as much as he could, instead of just leaving it bare. I really appreciate everything Star 5 did.

Highly recommend Star 5 plumbing. They are often available same day or the next. They always take excellent care of my plumbing needs. The technicians are honest and reliable. Easy to communicate and I feel confident that they can resolve any of my plumbing issues.

My house is on a septic tank so I Called Star 5 Plumbing to fix my backing up pipes( wich I have to clean every year) . They were able to schedule me the very same day because they knew what is it to have a septic issue.. Great customer service, they new exactly how to fix the problem. I'm extremely happy with their service. I can fully trust them , and that's the only company I'll call if I need plumbing service. Thank you Star 5 Plumbing!

This isn't exactly a review from me just yet. Last week Nick repaired my hot water heater which is only 2-3 months old and the lower element had become covered with calcium. He replaced it as soon as he got the element which was the next day, July 3, 2018. Sadly, on Sunday the water heater quit working again. My home warranty company said to call 5 Star directly and they sent them a work order. Yesterday afternoon I spoke with Mike and set an appointment for today between 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. It is now 1:45 pm and no one has arrived for the appointment. I left a voice mail message at 12:50 pm asking when they might be here. If you're going to be delayed please call the customer and let them know. Right know I am sad that I have wasted so much of my day waiting and haven't even had a response to my message. Cold showers suck!

I'm glad I found this company. Mike came over 7pm, the same day I asked for quote. He explained to me what needs to be done under my kitchen sink. Had to open the drywall and do re-pipe. He quoted me a fair price. His guys came over few days later to do the job (he was willing to do the job the next day but my work schedule didn't let me do that). Mike is happy to educate you about the whole process. He showed his previous work and took pictures of before and after job. You can tell he wants the job done correctly the first time. He made valuable tips and recommendations. The day of service, his guys came over ON-Time. Halfway before the job is done, Mike stopped by to check his guys work (He even flushed my water heater and the pressure from my hot water faucet is so much better now), he stopped by again after the job is done to check the finished project and made sure everything was done right.

This guy's are professional and mike is very knowledgeable. I definitely will recommend this company. They are well equipped and fast.

I had lots of questions and it didn't bother him at all to answer those questions. He is happy to help. Mike and his company are the best plumbers in las vegas. The fact that he stopped by to check if the work is being done right shows you great service and care.

I think I found my forever plumber. I will recommend him to everyone I know. His price is fair and he is a genuine professional. I will be calling him again to do upgrades in my house. Sorry Mike I will be bugging you again.

I've got quotes from other plumbers and they are over-priced, charges you for in house estimate, doesn't try to make it work with your schedule and not even half equipped and experienced as star 5 plumbing. This guy's doesn't turn you away even if the job is small.

Mike and his company deserves perfect yelp ratings!!! I look forward to do more projects with him in the future.
