I recently purchased a home in Las Vegas which I discovered had a leaky shower drain. I called Star Five Plumbing out for a quote and the response was prompt. They carved out time over the weekend to repair it for us as to not delay the further mold remediation related repairs that were slated for the following week. Tom did an excellent job, was on time and had a very pleasant personality and demeanor. I will keep them on file for any future plumbing needs!

I had a main line leak (under the front yard) and Star 5 did a great job. When I called they came out the next day and verified the leak. Crew came out the next day and did a beautiful job of replacing all the pipe, etc. They went under sidewalks and curbing to do as little damage as possible--and cleaned up as best possible when they were done. The next morning, dry-wall guy came out and re-drywalled the ~10' hole in the garage and re-textured. I threw a coat of paint on it and it looks brand new. Nice Bulgarian guys. I have used Mike and his company 3 times. They were sent out through my home warranty company. They installed a new faucet to my washing machine and did a great job so I hired them to replace my bathtub fixtures at the end of 2019. The technician they sent did not correctly cement the stopper to the pipe and over the next year, every time I took a bath it leaked into the ceiling of my neighbors garage. When Star Five came out to inspect what was leaking, the guy realized what the issue was, and I could see his face when I explained one of their technicians installed the bath fitting. I called Mike and did not get any kind of apology or admission of fault, he just replied 30 day warrantee!! I had to repair my neighbors ceiling at my own expense. So beware. I can understand a limited warrantee, but surely they should carry liability insurance.

They came to fix the leak on the main line (from sidewalk to the house) and I was very impressed with the service. With all the digging that they had to do on the yard and the holes in the garage, when they were done you would've never thought they were there. They did it in a day and left the place clean. The workers were very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them!

We had a major leak in our house due to a poorly routed AC condensation pipe. Star 5 Plumbing did an amazing job rerouting the pipes and making sure the exit point on the outside of our house was symmetrical with the other pipes. When things took longer than expected and were more difficult they didn't charge us more. They were professional, clean, punctual, covid conscious, and quick with the repair!

I started my ""DIY pandemic"" task of replacing my kitchen faucet. It took about an hour to remove the old faucet because of 10+ years of use and corrosion. I then examined the water supply valves and discovered that they wouldn't turn off, therefore they needed to be replaced. I shut off the water to my house with the intent of replacing all of the valves too. After struggling with the compression nut for 20 minutes, I realized I needed a professional plumber.

Using Yelp as my guide, I contacted a highly rated company that was able to send a technician(s) in a reasonable time period. When they arrived, I was shown a sheet of paper with specific prices which included a charge of $99.00 per each water supply valve and was then quoted an hour labor to install the faucet, which totaled approximately $450.00. The price seemed very unreasonable, so I declined. The technician wanted to charge me a $49.00 trip charge, which I wasn't told about when I scheduled the estimate. He said their dispatchers were new so he didn't charge me for the trip.

I then called Star 5 Plumbing and spoke to Mike. I described my plumbing issues to him and he gave me an ""approximate"" estimate on the telephone, which was significantly less money than the first estimate. He then said his technician, Stan would arrive later this afternoon, between 2 PM and 3 PM.

Stan arrived in the given time period. He was extremely professional and courteous. The wife and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He looked at the issues and immediately began to address them. In less than one (1) hour, the three (3) water valves were replaced and the new faucet was installed.

Stan cleaned up everything and ensured that there was nothing leaking before he left.

From start to finish, Star 5 Plumbing was outstanding. Mike was pleasant and informative on the telephone and Stan was unbelievable.

If you need a plumber, call Star 5 before you call anyone else!

This company lies to people pin Las Vegas. Please go somewhere else. I have attached message between owner MIKE and I . He's very rude in phone after he got his payment he lies about his warranty . I will be reporting to business bureau, taking him to court will be doing everything to have his business close . He doesn't deserve to be in business. He can go back to his country to practice such kind of lie business


PS : he reinstalled a new faucet bought from Home Depot and after he got his payment he tells me it's defective. But here he's saying it got broken . Wish I could post our phone conversation in yelp .How does it make sense ?? Can't you say it was defective before you re- install?? LIER in every way.


You are saying you don't work for sink ? ( I have saved from here for my future reference) lier I hired you because my kitchen sink was leaking .

You are practicing fraudulent business. You can't fool Americans. Dude this kinda business might be possible in your country not here .

I was having a horrible time after we were diagnosed with slab leak. I called and met with many plumbers. Then I called Star 5. Mike the owner answers the phone. Mike answered my questions and sent Stan out within a few hours. Stan is a great guy and the performed the most extensive inspection of anyone I met with. I got my estimate and was really impressed. I got to say that Star5 was the most helpful, most prompt, and put me at ease. My nightmare was over. And the price was great. These people really care about the customer. Eagle Lake.
