We had a major leak in our house due to a poorly routed AC condensation pipe. Star 5 Plumbing did an amazing job rerouting the pipes and making sure the exit point on the outside of our house was symmetrical with the other pipes. When things took longer than expected and were more difficult they didn't charge us more. They were professional, clean, punctual, covid conscious, and quick with the repair!

I started my ""DIY pandemic"" task of replacing my kitchen faucet. It took about an hour to remove the old faucet because of 10+ years of use and corrosion. I then examined the water supply valves and discovered that they wouldn't turn off, therefore they needed to be replaced. I shut off the water to my house with the intent of replacing all of the valves too. After struggling with the compression nut for 20 minutes, I realized I needed a professional plumber.

Using Yelp as my guide, I contacted a highly rated company that was able to send a technician(s) in a reasonable time period. When they arrived, I was shown a sheet of paper with specific prices which included a charge of $99.00 per each water supply valve and was then quoted an hour labor to install the faucet, which totaled approximately $450.00. The price seemed very unreasonable, so I declined. The technician wanted to charge me a $49.00 trip charge, which I wasn't told about when I scheduled the estimate. He said their dispatchers were new so he didn't charge me for the trip.

I then called Star 5 Plumbing and spoke to Mike. I described my plumbing issues to him and he gave me an ""approximate"" estimate on the telephone, which was significantly less money than the first estimate. He then said his technician, Stan would arrive later this afternoon, between 2 PM and 3 PM.

Stan arrived in the given time period. He was extremely professional and courteous. The wife and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He looked at the issues and immediately began to address them. In less than one (1) hour, the three (3) water valves were replaced and the new faucet was installed.

Stan cleaned up everything and ensured that there was nothing leaking before he left.

From start to finish, Star 5 Plumbing was outstanding. Mike was pleasant and informative on the telephone and Stan was unbelievable.

If you need a plumber, call Star 5 before you call anyone else!

This company lies to people pin Las Vegas. Please go somewhere else. I have attached message between owner MIKE and I . He's very rude in phone after he got his payment he lies about his warranty . I will be reporting to business bureau, taking him to court will be doing everything to have his business close . He doesn't deserve to be in business. He can go back to his country to practice such kind of lie business


PS : he reinstalled a new faucet bought from Home Depot and after he got his payment he tells me it's defective. But here he's saying it got broken . Wish I could post our phone conversation in yelp .How does it make sense ?? Can't you say it was defective before you re- install?? LIER in every way.


You are saying you don't work for sink ? ( I have saved from here for my future reference) lier I hired you because my kitchen sink was leaking .

I was having a horrible time after we were diagnosed with slab leak. I called and met with many plumbers. Then I called Star 5. Mike the owner answers the phone. Mike answered my questions and sent Stan out within a few hours. Stan is a great guy and the performed the most extensive inspection of anyone I met with. I got my estimate and was really impressed. I got to say that Star5 was the most helpful, most prompt, and put me at ease. My nightmare was over. And the price was great. These people really care about the customer. Eagle Lake.

These guys are top notch. I needed a replacement valve for a new dishwasher , messages the company via yelp and Had a verbal response and estimate with in 25 min . They sent out a gentlemen ( joe ) about 1.5 hrs from my Initial contact . I cannot say enough about these guys .. bravo bravo .

My water heater bursted on a sunday morning. I messaged them via Yelp and got a reply within minutes! Make sure to ask for a quote and send photos** I did! the owner kindly walked me through what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and cleared my concerns. I made an appointment for 9am Today- the tech show up ON TIME! (I very much appreciate the attention to appointment times!) Nick- my technician, was very personable. He explained my heater was still on warranty and made the entire process a breeze. This is the real deal guys, they will not overcharge you for unnecessary things, they work with you and fix all thats needed. I will definetly continue business with them! If you own a house you already know how difficult it is to find someone that wont rip you off or pushes you to buy things you dont need. Thank you Star5!! :)

5 Star!!!! We originally used them for a hot water leak under the slab in our home. They worked with us on our cash out offer with our home warranty company and beat every competitors price. The owner is awesome and all of the plumbers were amazing. We also hired them to fill in some dry wall holes in our garage and in our home. Amazing work and they even fixed a hole I patched poorly years ago, no extra cost. Can't say enough about the people at Star 5.

Great service! Was referred to Star 5 Plumbing by the warranty company for a water heater issue. Mike was very helpful and sent a tech out first thing the next morning to evaluate and had the replacement complete (and the hot water flowing) by the following day.
