Unfortunately I have nothing good to say.
1. The company pushed to 2 hr arrival window, to 1h45m. But stated would be first thing in the am service call......? (BTW - Site unseen, quoted $270. repair)
2. We Sent picture to company night before. Tech (?) came out and blamed water heater leaking (5 yr old unit), when I could see water running from the copper line ""fitting"", line feeding water heater. (My diagnoses need new water line).
3. After seeing picture the day before, tech said no room to work to replace line, and water heater needed to be removed! (Umm, no)
4. Told company to leave. They did so w/o a word.
5. Do Yourself a favor. Call Will's Plumbing (They have ""non-emergency"" service until 8pm)!!

Had a leak in my ceiling so I called my warranty company and they sent out these guys, tech came out looked around at my ceiling and I told him where the spot was so he went up in the attic but not all the way in and said there is no pipe over there and that my roof was leaking and I said hear it dripping and he said those are just the pipes making noise he then got on the phone with his boss and he talked to me and triedd to tell me I have a leak in my roof and that the sound I hear is not a leak and its the pipe making noises because its cold Immediately knew it was completely BS!!! So I had some one look at the roof and said it was fine no leaks so I call my warranty back and tell them the situation and they tell me they are still waiting for this company to release the report so they can send someone else out and they lagged on purpose smh finally another company came out and did a REAL INSPECTION and guess what!!! There was a pipe right where the stain on my ceiling was where the tech said there was no pipe and it was leaking smh do not go with these guys if your warranty sends this company immediately tell them you want someone else, trying to say the leaking noise I heard was just sounds the pipes make because its cold was just the most ridiculous thing iv ever heard

125$ just to say you need a new water heater Then quoted over 1500$ for water heater that was at best 700$ at Lowe's and Home Depot Armenian company thought I was a dumb old guy They replaced the one I have when I Bought the house Of course 3 years out of warranty and 1500 for new one Theives in my opinion 1

The Star 5 team was excellent!! Daphne the receptionist was so friendly over the phone, answered calls almost immediately, answered any questions we had, and called us back promptly with answers when she didn't have them. Mitko came in diagnosed our problem within five minutes and promptly sent the report to our home warranty company, resulting in all parts being covered. On the day of service, when Mitko got held up with another job, Daphne asked if we could reschedule and when I let her know that that wouldn't work for us. She let the team know and another technician was at my house within an hour. Stan was very efficient and installed our new valves and disposal within 45 minutes. I will be requesting this company for all of our plumbing needs to our warranty from now on!

Absolutely wonderful service by this company (Daphne who called me to confirm the appointment was just so lovely and friendly!) and by the plumber they sent out, Alex, who did a great job on the tub/shower diverter replacement we needed in one of our bathrooms and the replacement of an old hose spigot on our patio! Alex not only called when he was on his way, he arrived early and replaced and repaired everything very quickly, efficiently and professionally! He was very friendly too and definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend! Very pleased with this company's professionalism and service!

We just had a hot water tank replaced and from contact till when the job was done was less than 24 hours. The European gentleman who did the work was excellent at explaining code items to us like earthquake straps and pans that we were unfamiliar with. Then when he finished the tank we added an extra job of the tub and he completed that also!!!!! His work was excellent and he was a pleasure to have around. I would recommend him anytime!!! And the price was better than most quotes we had.

This plumber was called for a backup in the sink and tub. They arrived on time and cleared the clog very quickly. It was much better than dealing with the plumber the home warranty company sent out before.
