Even with lowest bid to replace our unique (not standard) leaky water heater, Staples Philip acted professionally , honestly and even went out of his way to get this job completed on time and as promised. The replacement high-end water heater was the same brand (Bradford White) as the old one and was installed professionally and cleanly. He even took care of the required city permit and dropped by several days later to make sure that all is well. What away to please and satisfy a customer!
