i recently hired Stanton Plumbing for a new construction high end home. While Mark Low did a decent install the problems started after the job was completed. The followup and warranty was awful. This 1 man show should be avoided.

Mark Stanton Lowe, with Stanton plumbing Inc was an absolute pleasure to work with. He re piped our entire house from the main line all the way up. He was always on time, and quick to respond to any messages. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. He is the absolute best! Hired Stanton Plumbing for our bathroom remodel. First stage went just great, good work and friendly service. But when it was time to come back to finish the business after walls and floor tiling were completed - nothing happened. I talked to Mark who's the owner and he said they are busy and he's going to call me back the following week. Obviously he never bothered to do that, but also he didn't respond to my numerous voice mails and few emails. After weeks of trying I finally got an email from the office saying they can't do this because they are too busy with LARGER PROJECTS.

It's great there is plenty of business to do, but it's only ethical to finish what you started...
