Patrick, the owner/operator, is a keeper! In the plumbing world, we had almost given up on ever finding our forever plumber! So grateful! Patrick is smart, conscientious, honest, efficient and a true professional. For example, he replaced our gas cooktop recently. The new cooktop was just a smidge too big but Patrick cut the granite opening slightly bigger on the spot. He covered everything in plastic and worked more cleanly than the folks who installed the granite! We are also planning to repipe our nearing-their-useful-life supply pipes BEFORE they cause catastrophic damage. Patrick was patient and deliberate in helping us decide when, how and if we should undertake this big project. No hard sale, just honest, professional advice.

I left a message for Patrick at Stanton Plumbing after finding a puddle of water coming from my Instahot. Patrick responded to my voicemail within 5 minutes and fit me in to his busy schedule for the very same day. When he got held up at a prior job he called to let me know that he would be late. Not only was Patrick reliable and professional, he did a fantastic job of fixing the problem!! While he was here, I also asked Patrick if he could take a look at my tankless water heater as my hot water kept running out during showers.Patrick was more than happy to do so and even called the manufacturer when he diagnosed a problem for service confirmation. Patrick is back again for the rescue. Had a leaky pipe inside the wall. He was able to cut out the dry wall, locate the leak and fix it with an almost-lifetime seal ring. Very methodical in his approach and takes care of the issue with precision. He also spotted a major plumbing issue that caused the water pressure to be low in my house and yard (the issue puzzled me for 10 years and my gardener can't seem to figure out). Just another excellent experience with Stanton Plumbing !

Patrick is fantastic! He fixed a broken drain pipe in our kitchen, that was leaking behind the dishwasher. I contacted him in the morning, and he came by the same day. He was polite and quickly got to the root of the issue, and despite being already 6 PM he insisted on fixing the problem right away. His pricing was transparent and fair and I am very happy with the work he did. Especially after the bad experience we had with Plumbing Care, I am glad I have found a trustworthy plumber. Patrick came out a repaired a gas leak between the wall of my condo and my neighbors. He was very knowledgeable and even found some leaks near the gas meter. He did lot of work to make sure my system was safe and tested it thoroughly. He hauled away some extra pipe from an old pipe which he didn't have to do. His customer service was excellent. He went beyond what was needed to make sure everything was ok. He stayed late to make sure pge turned the gas back on. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He is honest, dependable and hardworking. Very impressed. Would recommend him highly and I plan to use him again !

You never need a plumber until you need a plumber. Last night when I got home from work I found my old water heater leaking. At the referral of a neighbor I called Stanton Plumbing - she had used them based on reviews on Angie's List and recommended them.

I called about 8 pm and Patrick was here to drain and unhook the old water heater within 40 minutes. We agreed that the old water heater had to go. Patrick connected the house to the cold water and promised to be back this afternoon to install a new water heater.

Today he was back...earlier than he predicted. He had the new water heater and installed it quickly including bringing the configuration up to code.

Patrick was excellent. From his quick response time, to his knowledge about the situation and the product, to his cleaning up after he finished his work, to his absolute commitment to customer service, and to his great sense of humor, he excelled in every way. A water heater is a water heater...you can get one anywhere and get it installed anytime. Patrick's efforts, however, made this an exceptional experience.

Now if I need a plumber I'll know who to call!!
