UPDATE: Company made up for their mistake. A very nice lady called me today to apologize and refunded me the $100 I was incorrectly charged. They also extended my GOLD club as a courtesy. Technician was nice and knowledgeable. I am glad they fixed and I will stick with them now.I am changing the stars from 1 to 3, because I still had a very bad experience with the first lady on the phone but I hope they train her better.


Please save yourself from scammers and do not sign for their GOLD SERVICE CLUB. They are just stealing your money! I had one visit done in Sep2021. They never called to schedule, they just go "client forget that you gave us money to do 2 visits per year". I called them to have someone here because 2 rooms didn't seem to be cooling off and they just zipped about our GOLD SERVICE CLUB. If they were honest, they would tell me to schedule a maintenance visit that I HAD pay for, but instead they booked a service call. Guy came, turned on a bottom that was off, check everything around but had to charge us because it was not showing for him we had a GOLD SERVICE CLUB. He said to call the office and they would refund us because there was noting wrong with our A/C. This very sarcatisc and impolite woman, called Liz, refused to refund us saying that he had service our A/C (the guy turned on something that was off and that was the "service"). She should be fired! I paid over $100 to have someone to come to my house to turn on a bottom and I should have 2 SERVICES included a year! Dishonest company.

Had 5 people out and 1 was sick so he didn't get to finish the job, it's ok! They sent a lady out but she would have to lift two 17 pounds of toilets and I didn't want her to get hurt! Just watching out for her! She called the office and told them they had to send two guys out to help with toilets so as she would not get her back hurt! They sent the two guys out, they got toilets put together and they are in my house so I'm happy!!!! Stan's did an awesome job!!!

Called for a weekend repair of main water line to home.... Scheduled for first thing Sunday Morning ... showed at at 5 pm only to tell me it was too late .... Would send two person crew first thing Monday morning... called to check in at 10:30 to find out not scheduled but could come the following day.... Thank you Kenya Simms for nothing! .
Just use someone else!!! Called another company and they responded within the hour . These folks are full of it!

This is a terrible company! They have poor customer service and they charged me $775 for job they didn't do. I called for a refund so that I could fix the AC and now we are at a week after and still no refund! I called and asked for the manager and was told to wait or they could give me a call back. This was Monday and now it's Friday and no call back. I called today which is Friday because they said the refund would be in my account today and nothing. I called again and asked for a manager and they said they would call me back and I said no, I would wait for a manager to answer the call but was then sent to a voicemail. Now they say refund won't be in my account till Monday or Tuesday. I had to stay with my sister so that we wouldn't have to be in the heat and had to ask a family member for a loan to be able to get someone to fix the AC. Don't call this company!

We purchased our Trane 4 years ago. The heat pushed our unit too far and it went out. During summer in Texas I was not expecting immediate response when I called however in less than 1 hour The representative Price made the effort to take care of us on the way to his next appointment. I could not be more impressed. In less than an HOUR during Texas summer heat our system was repaired by a professional tech with a great attitude. Kudos to Stans!

Stan's was recommended to me by several people as being professional and honest, so I called them when my AC stopped working, and scheduled an appt for the next day. The tech, Jesse, showed up on time and quickly found the problem. Evidently large ants had crawled inside and clogged everything up, so the contacts couldn't make contact with the coil. That almost sounded like a joke, but no, he showed me the piece he removed, all clogged with large dead ants. Anyway, he was extremely nice, professional, and able to quickly fix my AC. I highly recommend Stan's.

Our AC stopped working correctly and we were HOT. i called around town to many service providers asking for help and Stan's were the first after many that were willing and able to come out the next morning.

Our technician was Marshall. He called ahead of his visit, showed up on time, and he did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our issues.

it is hot outside and i am sure they feel the heat as they work on the systems out there and I am so thankful for both Stan's and Marshall.

On a Friday, two toilets had flush valves go out on the same day. I scheduled Stan's for a repair for the next day. That day, I waited from 10am to 2pm (on a Saturday) for the Stan's plumber and called the scheduling line at 2pm to see where the technician was. It seems their "skeleton crew" got held up and it wouldn't be until 5pm to 7pm (That would have been great to know). At 3:30pm, a technician called from an hour away and said, "my manager requires me to replace everything inside each of the toilets or we can replace the both toilets. I'll email an estimate." Shortly, I had an email estimate: Replacing the entire "guts" of the toilets - $650. Completely replacing both toilets - $1,100. When I emailed him back and said, "that can't be the price," he called me back immediately and said that his manager said that I could provide the new valves and he could drive in but it would be after hours and the service price if I provided the parts would be $430. After hours? Wait a second. I was scheduled for 10am to 2pm!

Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing???? No thank you. One star is actually too generous.

Bobby was professional, helpful, positive, and kind. He explained everything to me in layman's terms that I could understand. I understood what parts had to be replaced and why. Restrooms are back in working order and I am thrilled with the work performed. Thank you Stan's Plumbing for sending Bobby out for same day repair! I could not be happier with the repair or service appt.
