Excellent company. Hired them a month ago to clean a drain. A month later water was draining slow again. They came out and determined it was a continuation of the same problem and fixed it under warranty. I'm 110% satisfied and highly recommend them. Prices are less expensive than most companies but their service is still top notch.

We called Stan's to look at a toilet that was difficult to flush, plus a bathroom sink faucet that was difficult to open. The technician (Mike) came out and corrected both problems in no time at all. Mike was very personable and did an excellent job explaining to us what was causing both problems. The repair price was reasonable as well. We definitely will be using Stan's for any future plumbing problems and give major kudos to Mike as well!

Our house had a hot spot and our dirt and grass surrounding our house became moist so we called quite a few plumbers since my husband knew we had a leak somewhere. All the plumbers except one were either not so knowledgeable or were trying to steal money from us but they said the hot spot was from the water heater and the problem was a leak from one of the bathrooms. The amounts they wanted to charge us were crazy!
Our last plumber to call was Stans discount rooter and Austin, the plumber was knowledgable, very friendly and went straight to the problem. He knew the hot spot was NOT from the water heater and he located the water leaks. He drilled, he fixed the leaks and cleaned up his mess. Austin was great, I give him 5 stars
My number one advice to people is shop around!

Had a toilet fill valve leaking, the line itself was in bad shape. Called them (after-hours), Matt arrived a couple hours later. He listened to the problem, gave recommendations, and got right to work. One of the parts he didn't have on his truck so he quickly replaced the valve, turned our water back on, and went for the other part. After returning he quickly completed the job, cleaned up, and asked if there was anything else we needed... this was after 7PM on a Friday night. Very professional, experienced, friendly, and reasonable prices. We have a home warranty but can't always wait 2-3 days, so we'll definitely call on these guys again for service. Thanks!

Had shower and toilet back up ... plumber came I explained what was the problem he went up on the roof he jumped around so badly my wall shook..then he comes back and tells me my pipe is broken.. I asked him why does the water from two different sinks drain just fine with no back up.. he couldn't give me an answer... I asked him to take the toilet off and go down it .. he stated ""I DONT HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO THAT "".... pretty bad a plumber with no wrench.. he demanded $100 took my and left.. I still had no toilet or shower.. went to the store bought some acid put it in shower drain and we'll 3 hours later my toilet and shower draining perfect.. called to get any of my $100 back .. told me to bad so sad .. I don't recommend Stan's discount plumbing
