Completely reputed my 1960's home with Pecs . They use the authentic product. The guys are friendly, courteous and explain everything clearly. They also clean up behind themselves daily, (three day job)

Very disappointed. I called in the morning and let the office girl know that BOTH of my toilets were not flushing, and that I needed someone right away. She gave me a window of 12-5 pm. when they would arrive.
I waited until 4 pm to call and ask if they had forgotten about me? The girl huffed and said they would be there in 1/2 an hour.
Called again at 5 pm, this time she gave me lame excuse; something w out how it's hard to find workers right now, and told me I can either wait, or they would come out tomorrow.
No thank you! I called another plumber and he came out right away.
Good riddance! I will not be calling you again!

Our water heater stopped working. Their plumber came out to diagnose the problem. He quickly replaced a part that he was sure would fix the problem. It cost us $160. It didn't fix the problem. He came back the next day and replaced another part and charged us almost another $140 for it (that's about $300 that we've paid). Hours after he left I found out that I still have the exact problem. I called them to complain and they sent him out for the third time. This time he said I should replace the whole water heater???? I called their office to complain and their explanation was that their plumber used ""the process of elimination"" to do their repairs. In other words they'll replace parts after parts until the problem is fixed. I told them I paid a professional plumber to NOT guess but pin point the problem. I could have repaired my water heater using the ""process of elimination"" myself; I didn't need to burn $300 to get someone else to do that. The last straw was they refused to give me a discount to replace my water heater with a new one. I got another plumber to do it for less than the price they quoted me. My mistake was not reading Yelp review on them ahead of time. Don't make the same costly mistake I made. STAY AWAY FROM STAN'S PLUMBING!

I would recommend STANS for their prompt response. Very good customer service. They also give a guarantee on their work. Very friendly family owned business. I don't think you will be disappointed if you use them.

I was quoted one price over the phone for their hourly rate and then he decided when he was here to raise that rate. He said they assess when they arrive. Ummm that seems pretty shady to me. I got charged almost $200 for something that took him 15 minutes to fix. He could tell I was upset with the bill but didn't seem to care or make it right. I would NOT recommend this business. I had a much better experience with Bakersfield Plumbing Co!

Both bathrooms were clogged and I needed someone immediately. They were at my house in less than 20 minutes. The service technician was friendly and very efficient in the work he did. He cleared my clog and the cost was very reasonable. I was extremely happy and will call on them again if I need a plumber.

We were scheduled for 2 days in a row from 11am to 2pm. Did not show nor call. When I called in the 2 employees I spoke to were rude. Said they hadn't had time to call. Told them that would have been courteous. They also asked what would I have done had they called. I responded that we would have said thanks for the call and understood. They said their employees prefer to receive unemployment rather than work. One employee said maybe we should call someone else. We definitely will and not call Stan's anymore.

Curtis was great! He helped us with our sink, drains, and the replacement of 2 main valves. We have used Stan's a number of times over the years and have always been pleased.
