Called at 4pm dispatcher said a plumber would call me back with an eta and estimate. Pedro call back within 10 mins and said he'd be there within an hour. Yeah!! He arrived within 30mins and finished the plumbing within an hour. Job well done Pedro and thank you Stan's.

The young man Matthew seemed really nice and very polite. I tried to make sure he had water and a fan on while he did his work. Seemed pretty upfront and honest but here is where I am having a problem. My original quote for the job started at $336.00. Nothing went wrong nor did he have to order anything extra while doing the work. I was originally quoted $68 for the earthquake strapping which we didn't need because he used my ones that were previously there. (Charged me $35 to strap in the water heater that he replaced. Wouldn't that be part of the labor that my insurance was paying for?) That should have saved me $68. (Or $33.00 if my insurance didn't cover it) Then they charged me $82.00 for the hot and cold flex lines that's including labor of $35.00. (I bought them for $22.00 myself. So technically all I should have paid for is the $35.00 labor fee. So here is another $47.00 I should have saved because I bought them and he installed them) They also quoted me for a drain pan @ $72.00. I also bought that myself. So even if he charged me $35 to sit it on the shelf I still should have saved $37. They quoted me $50 for the sediment trap that cost $14.99 in stores and he claimed he only charged me $12 for and another $35 in labor. So $3.00 difference in that. They quoted $47.50 for the cement board that cost $15.00 plus their $35 labor fee. So I saved a couple dollars there. So let's just say I add up the $68+$47+37 only that equals $152 I should not have had to pay according to the original quote of $336.00. I should have paid only $184 vs $269 which was the end result I got charged) That is a $85 difference. Well here is just an honest and fair review. Oh if they gave me back the $85 difference they would have definitely got at least 4 stars. I'm not mad at the fact that it took almost 4 hrs because of some of his own small mistakes that he apologized for on several occasions nor the burns on my wall where the copper pipes were soldered. I know it's part of the business but please be fair. You worked hard for your money just like I did but $85 is $85. And that's not including the $35 labor fees for the earthquake strap labor fees the insurance company should have covered.

Great customer service and very reasonable prices, explained everything that needed to be done. Completed the work in a timely matter and cleaned up after the job was completed. I never felt like I was being gouged or pressured to pay for services not needed. Definitely my new go to plumbing company.

Had a bad experience with another plumber. The other business put me off multiple times and when they did arrive (late) I felt the price was too high. I told the other plumber he could go. I called Stan's and within ONE HOUR they had not only arrived, they had completed the job for less. I've used Stan's many times and was kicking myself that I tried another plumber. Save yourself time and money-just call Stan's.

Very impressed with this company. They came out quickly and assessed the problems we were having then fixed them quickly and completely. They were able to bill our landlord without difficulty. Mike was very outgoing and competent. He explained what he was repairing and why. I will definitely call them again for any problems.

Here I go again! We have had a continuing root problem, and Trevor has tried more than once to get the insurance to cover replacement of the line. FINALLY, after Jacob had been to our house again, within thirty days, he and Trevor were able to convince the insurance company of the seriousness. Once approved, Trevor, Jacob and Jose (second day on the job) came and stayed until after 10:00 p.m., to get the line in and temporarily hook it up pending inspection. Stan's hires terrific people. The work ethic is without a match in our experience. I cannot say enough in praise of the company and the people they have sent to resolve our problems. Now, since the line is replaced, we will probably not have as much contact with them! Too bad for us!

Stan's Plumbing is very professional. They always call you back and are pretty quick about getting someone out to your place. The guys that come out are clean and very polite. Work is done before you know it. They are very good on price too.
I have had then do a lot of work at my home and I know people who have used them too. They are also very satisfied with them. I highly recommend calling them and at least get a quote before you call anyone else.

The employee I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. They need serious work on their customer service and they need to inform ALL their employees exactly how their pricing system works.
