For busy and professional people like me, I can only work with professional people only. I really don't have time to deal with Sales people who can only care about making sales and ripping people off regarding a topic most of us don't know anything about it so if you are that person.... please don't waste any more time researching for plumbing services CALL STANLEY, he is an honest person who will be there to help you by giving you an honest opinion on the work that needs to be done and how best to minimize your cost based on his 10+ yrs of experience.

I had a main sewer back up I contacted Stanley S plumbing and he said he is going to send David. David was very professional he came in to my house, and wore his shoes cover I was very impressive. He asked me what kind problem I was having I told him my toilets were clogged, and then he asked me if I have a main sewer clean out I showed him an outlet outside then he opened the cap,and sewer came out from the outlet. He told me that he needs to snake my mainline to clear the blockage out to main sewer. He cleared my main drain in less than an 1/hr he worked hard to cleared my drain and I was able to flush my toilets. I will recommend to my friends and neighbors to call Stanley S Plumbing for all their plumbing needs, this guys are professional, and not like other company that they try to sell a new sewer line replacement. This guys are very honest plumber and they know what they are doing. Thank you Stanley for sending me David to cleared my drain.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a backed up storm drain. Stanley was supposed to come out on Wednesday and sent David in his place. David said it would cost $250 to pump out the water and snake the line. Turns out we didn't have the right electrical voltage for him to pump the water so David said he would be back Thursday with Stanley and a sump pump to drain the water and snake the line. To our surprise they didn't bring a sump pump and said it would cost $575 to get a sump pump and install and would cost $250 for David's time from the prior day. I was shocked that we were being charged for David's time as he didn't do anything the day before. Also we just replaced a sump pump and parts and labor cost us $350. Stanley is a total rip off! Will make sure we tell the neighbors in Los Altos Hills to not bother with him.

I had a problem with my shower where the water would suddenly go from hot to cold, and then back to hot again 30 seconds later. Not a fun problem to have. I called Stanley and he came next business day. I loved working with him for many reasons:

1) he did a great job and fixed the problem.

2) he followed through and made sure the problem was really gone. He wasn't sloppy like some people I've worked with.

3) he was super responsive (I called him twice for two issues and he came same day or next day both times).

4) he's very responsive via text messages, which is very convenient.

Stanley's also a very, very nice guy. I'll definitely call him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I have used Stanley S Plumbing for many years on my rental properties. His service and response time has been amazing! Stanley has many years of experience and knows what to do. He just gets in an gets the job done quickly with no sales pitches to sell extra services like the other plumbers.
On one property, a large oak tree grew over the years and its roots keep getting into the old drain line. It's cheaper to have Stanley clean out the line every 6-12 months than to spend thousands to have a new line put in. Today, on that property, he was there within two hours and the line was cleared in minutes. The tenants and their guests were very pleased that the line was cleared so quickly. On other properties, he usually arrives the next morning and the lines are quickly cleared. His rates are very reasonable. Stanley gets an A++++ in my book!

This is my first time using Stanley's plumbing for an extreme backed up floor drain. I had this on going problem for months and never concerned about it that much until the problem got worse!!!

I ran a 100ft snake down my drain with no luck.. That's when Stanley arrived with a 150ft snake and got to work. Stanley showed dedication to finishing the job, he re-ran the snake 4 different times before finally getting through my lines.

Stan is really cool guy, honest & very affordable on his prices. A++ work. A true hero to the community!!

Would definitely recommend Stanley to anyone and will be continued customer in the future!

Stan is definitely the man when it comes to all plumbing issues! This isn't the first time he has saved us...we called him for a gas pipe leak back in 12/2013. There isn't anyone else out there I would trust but him. He is knowledgeable and very honest. Woke up yesterday morning to a backed up 1st floor toilet, shower & sink that continually worsened as the day went by. Called Stan and he came right away and worked very hard to get my plumbing back in working order. I am one HAPPY customer!!! Thanks so much Stan we only trust u with our plumbing!!!!

Stan was quite literally, the man! We had a back up causing our top floor shower and washing hook ups to push water through our bottom floor toilet, causing some pretty bad overflows on our brand new floors! Stan called back within the hour (mind you I called at 9pm) and had availability to come that night or first thing the next morning. We chose the next morning, and he was there, as promised, and fixed the issue. I will point out that not only did he fix a different issue than we though the problem was, we asked him if he should proactively fix a different issue (the main line) and instead of charging us for something that did not need to be done, he gave us an honest answer and stayed with his current evaluation of the problem. I would trust Stan back at our house any day, and will be calling him if we ever have a future need (but I hope not!!).
