Stay away from this company. They will rip you off. They will tell you that you need certain repairs and items that need to be replaced, that are not necessary. Workmanship is poor. Some of the young guys are inexperienced and not journeymen plumbers. He had to keep calling the owner with questions on how to fix things. These kind of companies will work in an area, rip off people and when enough people are on to them, they move on. Buyer beware!

Worst company I have ever experienced in my life. Avoid like the plague. I would assume that most of the good reviews, if there are any, come from their family members. Terrible company.

This is a terrible company. They are completely unprofessional. They took 3 days to fix a job they said would take 1 day (as in, I had to take off work to babysit these clowns in my house!!!). They left several times in the middle of the job to go take care of other people's ""emergencies."" I'm sorry, but I HIRED YOU! I AM WITHOUT WATER! Other times they left and just said ""we'll be back."" Often I would look outside and see them at their truck sitting around doing nothing and smoking and throwing their cigarette butts all over my yard. They did a half assed job, literally left rubble all over my house. They threw my bath mat IN my sink and got it soaking wet and covered in debris. They tracked mud ALL over my house. They would shout for me from upstairs and expect me to be at their beck and call instead of courteously coming to me to explain something. I found chewed gum stuck to one of my walls!! And the guy who cut into my wall was a teenager on his FIRST DAY of work, absolutely no experience. I had to spend two days cleaning up their mess, and when my husband asked for money back for a job half finished, they ghosted us (no one answered the phone, and eventually we gave up chasing these clowns). This was the worst home service experience of my life, and I still get angry when I see their truck around town. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

I was blatant and shamelessly scammed by this company.  Don't let it happen to you.

I recently needed to install a new well pump and after getting quotes from a couple of different companies, I decided to go with this one since it was the most cost effective.  That turned out to be a big mistake.  They came and installed the pump in a day which was nice but after less than two weeks of use it became obvious that they installed the wrong pump.  I explicitly told them before they did any work and even before I got a quote from them that my well depth is 500 ft.  They ended up totally ignoring that and installing a 350 ft pump.  In hindsight I'm sure that's why their quote was lower than everyone else's.  They ended up having to replace the incorrect pump they installed after less than two weeks of use.  They agreed to come out to correct the issue and when they were done handed me a $1500 bill WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME IT WOULD COST ANYTHING. They wanted ME to pay for THEIR mistake.  That is what I consider fraudulent.  In addition to dishonesty, they were extraordinarily unprofessional.  They'd just show up whenever they wanted without prior contact or setting up a date/time to do work.

I'd recommend staying away from this company.  I'm sure literally any other plumbing company will have far better competency and better morals than this one.

Prices and service that CANNOT be beat! Christian and his worker came out the VERY NEXT DAY I called them that my hot water heater wasn't working. Mind you this was at 10 o'clock at night and he offered to come out the same night to fix it but I said the next morning was fine.

He was fast efficient and very affordable! I got his company off of Facebook. I saw that they were also highly rated on google!

I have had quite a few companies in my house as we have been renovating and I can tell you I can't appreciate it anymore than they came in and fixed the exact problem I have and didn't try and tell me I needed XYZ to get more money out of me.

The really did a great job and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs and renovations in the future.

Do not hire this company. They signed a contract with me, cane the first two days on time and the disappeared BSing their way saying they have emergencies. Took $3,700 and about $2,000 worth of damage. Also they took my tools with them. I have my law suit against them so we'll see where that goes. Christian showed up to my house high (I have videos) always late and had a fight with his coworkers that scared my kids. They were arguing in the stairs and in my front yard. This is a trash company. He has drug addiction which I was not aware of. Don't do it!!!!

Stanley recently replaced our kitchen sink, rerouted a number of pipes that they found not up to saftey code, and much more! Called the night before an setup to be seen the next day if possible, great with getting us in there busy schedule. Communication with where the team was that was coming out an a window of time given for ETA. All of the team members that showed up were very polite an courteous despite covid19! Worked for hours an were busting butt to get the job done as we have a 16 month old that was napping shortly after they arrived. I loved that they did a inspection before giving us a quote an explained everything. They also found 2 faulty stop valves that could have failed an caused damage to our house. The price/hours the team were working on our home was more than fair. And yes Stanley deserves to charge a little more from there competition because they are that good an fast lol.

We will be dealing with Stanley going forward for sure.

CON ARTIST, SCAMMER, THIEF. This company is a joke. I needed my water heater worked on. I recently purchased the home and the 85 gallon Marathon $2500 water heater went out. The owner Christian came out and said that it could not be repaired and the tank would have to be replaced. While he was downstairs making an estimate for the replacement, (I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't go down with him) he without my knowledge disconnected the tank and took it to the back door of the basement. When he came back up with estimates for replacement, the pricing was ridiculous. I told him that I would like to talk to my wife that night and I would get back to him. He went back down to clean up and then one of the kids that worked with him brought me an invoice for $410. For the diagnosis. Later that night I spoke with two other plumbers and called the manufacturer Rheem. The other plumbers said that the tank has a lifetime guarantee and that the issue could have been repaired with replacement parts. They also gave me estimates for new tank setup IFneeded for less than half of Christians gouge estimate. My wife went down to get info off of the tank (now by the back door) so that we could call Rheem to ask some questions. The tank was GONE. Christian hauled away my old tank without my Knowledge or Permission. Just like he disconnected it without my knowledge while he was originally downstairs. He STOLE my lifetime guaranteed tank. I called him first thing the next morning twice on his cell and left a voicemail. I called the office and spoke with a lady and she said she would get in touch with Christian and see where my tank was. I called back later that day only to get the full voicemail box. I believe that he saw that I live in a nice neighborhood, was is a wheelchair and couldn't watch his work and he saw a great tank that could be repaired and decided to take it for himself by saying it couldn't be fixed and then try to price gouge me on a new setup. My wife is irate. I'm going to file a complaint with the licensing board and possibly call the sheriffs dept. Not sure what to do to at least get my tank back from this crook. They won't answer any of my calls. I see that their has already been a disciplinary action against his license before and hopefully if the board gets enough complaints they will pull his license. I'm hoping a police report will help them with their decisions. For anyone reading these reviews it looks like he get great and horrible reviews. Don't take the chance of getting ripped off and your house burglarized. Stay away. Stay far far away.

Stanley Plumbing is easily the most trusted Plumbing service in the Front Royal area. The difference is their Plumbers are experienced and know what their doing vs. many other companies that will come to fix a problem but instead make things worse. All of their plumbers can do a complete fix so their not sending out multiple plumbers to cover multiple days. My experience has always been great with them from the initial estimates to the fix. Great customer service line too that is always available when needed.

Worst experience I have ever had. I would never use, nor recommend anyone To use this company. They asked that I use PayPal to pay them, then when I did, they spent the whole evening and next two days harassing me because the way they told me didn't work correctly and they needed their money ""right then"". I was at snowshoe with my family and between Saturday night and Tuesday morning, 42 emails. THEN they wanted to refund my money and me pay a different way. When I told them I was out of town and would be back in about 4 hrs they waited outside my fathers house for me to get there(which I don't live there, I was paying for a repair for my elderly father). When I told them I would pay them when my money was refunded, they stayed harassing me. I wrote them a POST DATED check for the 30th (which is when PayPal said my money would be returned) and instead they cashed it yesterday... they gave me 150.00 off my bill, but that left 725.00 for them to snake a toilet, and 36 hrs of harassment, plus cashing a check that I did not authorize them to cash. I have never been so displeased..
