Had a few plumbers to choose from through my HOA for shutting off our boiler. Our unit's repair was small - only a 10 min job. This business charges by the hour. I called and spoke to Patrick, the manager here before booking them to ask if they would be able to shut off water, let us do our 10 min repair and for them to turn the building's water supply back on within the 1 hour service call. He confirmed that was doable if the plumber knows what he is doing so we booked them. Turns out they billed 2 hours because it took them nearly 2 hours to turn on and off the water in a building where they installed the boiler and are very familiar with the set up and design. This is a building where they visit a few times to do the same exact turning on and off the boiler. Would not recommend just based on the lack of clarity on what they can accomplish on a system they know well.

Update: getting the key to your tech to unlock the valve took only 5 min - was not the reason for why your process took so long.

The boiler for my hot water and radiant heat system stopped working over the weekend, and I was saddened to learn that my repairman of over 20 years had passed away recently, so I had no idea how I would get our specialized system repaired. Thankfully, I found the Stanley Louis company. I knew I had found the right people when I phoned, because not only were they obviously very familiar with my system, but they knew my previous technician very well. They were able to send someone for a service call on the same day. The technician arrived on time, was very familiar with the Raypak system, had the parts he needed for the repairs with him on the truck, and he was able to get us back to hot water and a warm house within an hour. And their rates were very reasonable too. I am so happy I have found this company and they will definitely be our go-to in the future if we have any further issues. 5-stars for sure!

It's inevitable that maintenance or replacement would be needed on a water heater. I noted water leaking from mine a few days ago. I reached out to SLC and was pleased with the communication, service and efficiency. Scott is very knowledgeable and proficient with the assessment and replacement. This is the second time I have worked with this company and have been tremendously pleased every time. Trustworthy and highly recommended.

Every time I have had a boiler issue I call the Stanley Louis Company! With a large property to manage, there is no time for hoping something gets done and Stanley Louis knows this. That's why they are my GO TO for all of our plumbing boiler issues, big or small. They are consistently professional. Valerie, Cindy, Scott and Patrick are exceptional at their job! They provide amazing customer service and their attention to detail with all of their work is something to be recognized! I will recommend them to other property managers and I will most definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing and boiler needs.

Very professional and dependable company. I was introduced to them nearly 15 years ago. I had a 40 unit complex with damaged hot water broiler on the roof. A regular plumber said the unit must go and the cost was nearly $20,000. Stanley Louis came in at $450 Service repair cost for parts and labor.
Today they just proved that they are as good as they used to be and more.
Highly recommended from a guy who's been in the property management business for 25 years.
