HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, DEPLORABLE SERVICE. You have to pay for service in full BEFORE any work is done. I payed in full for septic tank lid replacement. They changed the service date 3 times with no call or communication to me. (The customer) at all. They had more than a month to do this job. No one AT CORPORATE OFFICE would even speak to me. I still have 2 huge holes in my yard. After calling what i believed to be a reputable company. But now i know you would get better service from Joe Blows septic. CALL SOMEONE ELSE. IS MY ADVICE I would leave no stars or negative stars. But pf course A CROOKED COMPANY SUCH AS WIND RIVER / STANLEY ENVIRONMENTAL would not have such an option.

I've used them in the past and they were more than willing to dig down to the lid of the septic. This time they told me it would cost $300 just to dig. I told them I would find someone else to do it. then they charged me a $200 service charge. I will not use them again.

I don't even want to give them a 1 star ! I called them because this was the company my grandparents always used , but after today's ordeal , they will not be getting our services again . I don't like being lied to. They were going to charge us $526.00 for a septic tank pump out . I would tell anyone to please check around for a local company and not a company that's gotten to big that when you call them you might be talking to someone in Florida . Stay local and support the small business owners !

Stanley Environmental Solutions takes amazing care of our grease trap, which serves a commercial summer camp kitchen. Technician Larry Tapp was friendly, knowledgeable, did a perfect job. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

We paid Stanley Environmental $2,970.00 to put in a third drain field, and we now have a worse problem than we had before, and this was one week after installation. We called them to say we had sewage running down the yard. They sent a guy out who stated before walking into the yard that we had to have a leaky toilet. After assuring him we had no leaking toilets; he then said we must have a busted water pipe. When he was told we had no water lines in the back yard; then begrudgingly, he opened up the tank and squirted water in the drain claiming that it flowed into the drain field. Before he did that, he said the new drain field was dry. After putting less water than would come from a shower, ""the drain field was saturated"". He then said it was because they had disturbed the soil, so the water was taking the path of least resistance, and coming out on top of the drain rather than going through the drain. What???? He then said it wasn't their problem, so he called the County Inspector, and told him the drain field was working, but we had too much water running across our yard; that their work was good, and that the County Inspector needed to deal with us, since the County Inspector had recommended putting in a drain across our yard, which was true, but he had given us an either/or recommendation. He then told me it was not their problem; it was ours. When I told him no one from Stanley had mentioned disturbed soil; he said I should have known when soil is disturbed, it could cause a problem. Again...what??? Then he said I needed to deal with the County Inspector. Not their problem. He didn't mentioned the fact that we had paid them $2,970.00. They took our money, and turned their backs on us. We will NEVER use this company again. They assure you if there is a problem, they will be right there with you to solve it. Oh, really! When the County Inspector came back to try to figure out a solution, he said that he had called Stanley Environmental to ask that someone from the company meet him; they said they were too busy. It has been 11 weeks, and not one call or show of concern. I have used this company since 1993 for our septic maintenance. Let me repeat...NEVER EVER AGAIN!

If you are looking for a professional and reliable company to pump your grease trap (restaurant), this is NOT the company to do it! They never showed up for scheduled appointments, never properly completed the job, left a greasy mess, showed up randomly after months of no service and had the audacity to try and charge for it. Had a plumber out the day after to do some work who confirmed the trap was not in fact pumped, despite having a manager tell me he had photos of the pumped trap. When I asked him to email the photos, he admitted that he did not in fact have a good one to send...from any of the times they had serviced our location. Hmmm. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reliable provider.

They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Bought house and they did inspection and found a small issue. Previous owner agreed to pay and check was issued to Stanley for repair. Took numerous (6) calls to get scheduled.
Crew arrived had no clue even though there was an inspection a couple weeks prior. I came out with computer to show them report after they had already dug up wrong spot. Couldn't fix it!? Was told it would be $400 more than told because they needed to pump it out again (which i had pumped out on inspection 2 weeks ago).
Another crew came out and fixed in 10 minutes and couldn't understand why they would say that. I gave them the check that they cashed and thought that was that.
Then they charged my credit card that I used for the inspection for the repair they cashed the check for. I called...no response. Luckily my real estate agent is the bomb and got this handled. They claimed to have called me and my wife to her but that is an outright lie. Find someone else.

Don't highly recommend. They had a contract with our community, but we were always hearing complaints from our neighbors. Come to find out, a majority of their technicians weren't even licensed by the state to do inspections. Wouldn't recommend them for inspections.

Had to have our septic tank replaced after many years due to cracking in one wall. After getting estimates from several companies and talking with others in our neighborhood we decided on using Stanley Environmental Solutions for the job. Shawn and his crew did an excellent job of installing a new tank for us after having to find a new location due to some heavy tree roots we have in our yard. They did an excellent job of installing the tank with only a minimum amount of work for me to landscape. They did exactly as their estimate said without a hitch. Would definitely recommend them and, if necessary, use them again for any work we would need.
