After reaching out to about 4 or 5 plumbers who obviously have too much work to call me back it wasn't until I called Standridge that things turned around for me. We had 3 toilets, 2 tubs, and a water heater replacement. He responded on a weekend and booked the appointment next day. He arrived during the window and even called ahead. He completed the work that afternoon. I wanted them to make some money so I agreed to their original quote which I believe to be fair for both parties. I highly recommend the Standridge team! - happy customer

I called Standridge Plumbing at 3:49pm on a Saturday afternoon and spoke w/Gary. He told me he would call me right back after checking to see if anyone was available to come by my place or if I would have to wait until Monday. It definitely wasn't an emergency, so I was ok with that. He called back at 3:52pm and told me that someone would be at my place within an hour. At 4:50pm, Rick was at my door, and he was finished with the repairs within 30 minutes. Great work and great service.
