DO NOT USE this company!!! I unfortunately had to deal with this company based off my home warranty. It has been the worst experience ever!!. They are terrible about returning calls and take their sweet time. I had to get my water heater repaired. I went a whole week without hot water due to no response from phone calls and late scheduling. Finally they were able to come out and I have hot water.
Then the building inspector came surprisingly. I wasn't notified of his coming. He found 3 things that needed to be corrected to bring it up to code.
So again telephone tag in trying to schedule repairs. We had someone finally come out and she said she needed to go get supplies. I never saw her again... so I call to follow up about repairs. They thought they were done. I explain no correction work has been made. They call me back to schedule and want to charge me $400 to fix their mistakes... uh no. I am not having any additional work done. I am not paying more money for the original job we already discussed. They lied to the warranty company about what needed to be done. I will never use the company!! I plan to warn everyone. These people do not do things right and they want to charge you for any mistakes they make. Again... DO NOT USE this company.
I had to call another plumbing company to come and repair their mistakes the right way to clear the inspection. Waste of time and money!!

The office manager, Megan, was fantastic in getting the job set up and following through. She was professional, efficient, friendly, communicative, and personable.
Andrea was the technician (plumber) who replaced my kitchen faucet. She definitely knows her trade and was skilled in replacing everything in a very timely and professional manner.
I would highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.
OH AND THEY ARE COVID 19 COMPLIANT AND WEAR MASK. :)

Mixed feelings about my experience with this company. We put a claim in through our home warranty and no one contacted us for a week. I contacted the company multiple times and it always went to voicemail and they never called me back.

I called the home warranty company to see what the hold up was and that same day Standardized called me, I missed the call by three seconds and immediately called them back only to be forwarded to voicemail again. I called and called and called. Never spoke to anyone.

Finally I called and they told me they didn't have our work order. I was so frustrated at this point because it had been 16 days and our sink wasn't fixed.

We eventually were scheduled and the plumber came out- she fixed our sink but left dirty handprints all over our white walls. I wish they would have been better with communication and took more pride in their work.

I would not use this company again.

This is the worst company ever! No call back. Service date and time set and they are a no show. Emergency number? What a joke! Don't use this company! Call Paramount Plumbing they know how to run a business. The ONLY reason we went with Standarized was because it was part of our home warranty. And yes we have reported them to the home warranty company.

We have had two appointments with this company, after attempting to set up an appointment for about a month through home warranty. Our first appointment was last week, and due to a ""family emergency"", they called me 30 minutes prior to them arriving to cancel. I was understanding, called the office to reschedule and didn't receive a phone call back until this Monday. I scheduled for today, cleared my entire schedule for the day and waited. My appointment was supposed to be between 2-3, and after 3 I called to find out where they were. Now it's almost 5 and I haven't received a phone call back nor have I seen a plumber. I am a pretty understanding person if you need to cancel or are running behind, but to have someone sit around waiting without so much as a phone call is not anyway to do business.

I am so thankful for this amazing company. We had a pipe leak under our house and sadly chose to contact another plumber. In the course of 9 days without hot water, we were so unhappy with the other company. I mentioned my delima to a friend who immediately contacted the folks at Standardized Plumbing. The owner knew our son and contacted him saying he would like to help us. Our son called and said how wonderful this company was, so we called. Within 24 hours, the leak was repaired, the damaged areas sealed and the new water heater was installed. They were clean, polite and really showed the quality business in which they were employed. Brian was the lead and did such an amazing job! Redding is quite fortunate to have such a great company with such great integrity. Thank you! I will use you for ALL of our plumbing needs forever.

Standardized Plumbing is number one in my book. I had them out in the past and Ross did a marvelous job. A very nice young man and explains and shows you what is need. Today my daughter had some issues and they sent Mike, another nice young man. I HIGHLY recommend Standardize Plumbing for all you your plumbing needs.
