Wow! What an amazing experience. No one ever wants to have to call a plumber, but I have zero complaints about this experience. I am remodeling a shower and am on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, it is during the holidays. In order for my next contracter to come in, I had to get my shower drain sorted. We ran into a snag when we couldn't remove the old drain from the concrete slab. I put in a request for a quote to 10 plumbers at 8pm. Braulio responded within 10 minutes. He was able to come out and fix the situation quickly and at a VERY fair price. Super nice guy and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough. He will be getting my business in the future. I'd highly recommend using Standard Plumbing. I reached out to Braulio on a Monday after I noticed my toilet start to leak, and he fit me into his schedule on Tuesday. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it within an hour. My wax ring had worn out, so he replaced the ring and reset my toilet. His price was appropriate for the work. I will be using him again in the future for my plumbing needs.

The pilot light in water heater went out last night and I couldn't get it restarted. I called Standard Plumbing this morning and Braulio was able to diagnose the problem. He had me send pictures of the unit to determine if could replace the part or would need a new water heater. Thankfully it was the former. Within minutes he replied back with a reasonable price and was able to begin work in about an hour. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed our interaction. I highly recommend working with Braulio and Standard Plumbing. I found him through another site where he responded to my project. His quote was slightly higher than the lowest one I received but I had a good gut feeling about working with him. And sure enough I'm glad I did. His care and attention to detail impressed me tremendously. He had to connect a new gas line to a heater and the original plan had been to run a new pipe by the side of the house but he came up with a way to run it through the wall, hiding the pipes. He did a great job putting back the siding where he had to cut in as well. Finally he stayed and helped me make sure the gas heat kicked in and was working. He's a friendly and personable guy and just was a pleasure to work with on the project. I'd hire him for any future project I have to get done.

Standard Plumbing was very quick to return to my inquire. I am really impressed by his integrity, and here is why. Braulio showed up on time, and did a through diagnose. I saw water stain on the ceiling of downstairs, we suspect the bathroom above it might had a leak. But after running shower, flushing toilet multiple times, he couldn't find any leak. But he did point out that standing water on the bathroom floor might get through my upstair bathroom tile grout. He also helped me removed a bathroom shower door to prevent more water get on the floor. Guess what, since he didn't find the leak, he didn't charge me for the visit. I would recommend Standard Plumbing, and would definitely use him again.
