2024 has been the year of home owner drama for me! Fed up and slightly frustrated, I decided to turn my focus towards what brings me joy, gardening.
I'm all set to do my thing, I go to turn on the hose and I get drenched with an unnerving deluge of water! WHY⁉ After a quick inspection, I figured that the back flow preventer was the issue. As a multiple degree holder from the University of YouTube and TicTok I figured that I could handle the job... I watched some very interesting videos, one involving a handheld electric saw I was like ABSOLUTELY NOT I knew it was time to call a licensed and skilled professional! I messaged Braulio, he got in touch with me right away asked for some pics of the bib and back flow preventer, he then let me know up front the cost of the repair. I reached out as my water heater was not heating. After sending some pictures their answer was I need a replacement. I called in another tech and all it took was to reignite the pilot light. Perhaps it may need a few things replaced soon, like the thermocouple, etc. but not a full replacement. This place is a scam. If you tell me you cannot fix (what can be fixed) should you really be in business?
