When my water heater started leaking I knew I was in trouble. But it didn't stop working right away so I had some time to shop. Then it went out completely and I needed to have it fixed. I contacted several plumbers including Braulio, and he had the best price, the brand of water heater I was looking for (A.O. Smith), and availability that day. He had the new water heater installed that afternoon, did a fantastic job including adding the components now required by code, and did not add anything to the original quote.
