Stopped in to get some basic tools to fix a car problem while on vacation. Asked some gentlemen at the counter for assistance in locating parts. John offered to help us and when he found out what was wrong instead of selling us parts he offered to help us in the parking lot with his own tools from his truck. Everyone here was kind and helpful and the customer service was beyond incredible.

We were here with our contractor to check out sinks, tubs and faucets.

A female employee was helpful but kept pushing her choices over ours with the contractor. I didn't appreciate that.

She was knowledgable about inventory, timing and prices.
