Can't say enough good about the help and the service I received from this store. They went above the norm to make sure I had what I needed and were eager to answer any and all questions I had about my project. Even to the extent of coming out to my house to help finish. Thank you Geno for your expertise and your willingness to insure that my project was completed properly.

Cory was great! He was very knowlegable about the paint options and finishes. We were able to get several paint samples to try at home. We will be coming back.

Ya they may not jump off their stools to great you when you first walk in, but they are very helpful. My wife and I have been in a few times and have talked to a few of them behind the counter and have found them very knowledgeable and friendly. Sure it's more of a place for professionals but they have helped me out of a jam a few times. I would highly recommend this place over Home Depot or Lowe's every time.

Needed a part for my shower. Dude behind the counter was dismissive and reluctant to help, at first, but eventually helped me find what I needed. This probably isn't the place for people like me that have no clue about plumbing, as indicated by the guy behind the counter not wanting to help and him indicating that my problem was stupid. Rather, this is the kind of store for experts that never need help. Go to lowes/homedepot if you want meh service with less smugness. But, this place had the part I needed, and homedepot/lowes did not.

The hours posted online and the actual hours are different. According to the store, they're only open until 5 pm on weekdays. And no open on Saturdays. So... useless. Not to mention that the hours (no matter which ones are right) are completely unhelpful to full-time working professionals who can only get to the store after 6 pm.
